The ordering process was easy, and the contact with the company and staff was pleasant and professional.
The only thing that threw me was that I placed one order, but had three separate deliveries. It can not have been cost effective. However, I did get everything I needed. So overall a good if confusing experience

replacement for broken one - looks the same but not used it yet

I need 2 new clips for the base, I was going to fix it myself then I found the site to get replacement parts. Good service, all the bits you need and free postage for 2 clips under £3. Brilliant

It was a gift and not yet used as the recipient is not well. However it arrived ahead of time so that was good, hence the stars. We used to have one that lasted many years. In fact it may well be in the shed somewhere.

I contacted swingball customers service to tell them I had a problem with one of the connectors splitting on a swingball pro, I was really pleased when they told me that they would replace the part free of charge and within a couple of days the part arrived in the post. No fuss no quibble just really good after sales service. Thanks to the customer service team.

Item not delivered in given timescale, tracking number not valid, and no reply from web form or email... still awaiting either the item or an email to explain where it is.
