I was only able to order one of the item I wanted, therefore had to do x2 separate orders.
The first arrived promptly but the second arrived a full week after the first

The replacment balls came very quickly the only improvement is that you can only order one at a time and an I usually need to buy multiple so have to go through the check out each time.

Ordered as a birthday present I was pleased to hear from the recipients that the parcel arrived on time in good condition

I have ordered previously but didn't leave a review because I appreciated the service at the time and left it at that.
As this is my second purchase I thought I would share my experience as it was not a one off.

A very speedy, easy hassle free transaction

I ordered a spare part (base pole). Ordering was straight forward and shipping was free. Delivery was very quick.

It’s the only site I can get clips for the box from.
Thought it will only let me buy 2,when in fact I could do with quite a few as the school children keep snapping them off when moving the box.
They were quick to deliver which is great.

Superb product and excellent customer service. The ball came off the end of the string and a replacement was sent out, no questions and no quibble. Highly recommend and the kids love their Swingball.

I thought a new ball for my grandsons swingball game, would be ok no matter where I purchased it from. How wrong could I be ! Two previous balls from else where, did not last very long at all. This one, you can tell as soon as you receive it, is so superior and perfect to enjoy the game properly. Don’t waste your money on a cheaper version. Service good and great on time delivery.
