I was supposed to receive a 15% discount for providing my email. I entered the code at checkout but it didn’t take off the 15%. In addition I’m bombarded with your companies emails.

Ordered a suit that should have has 2 day shipping. Ended up being delivered to a completely different state. Called and talked to someone who shipped me out another suit that was promised to ship out that day and get there one day delivery and that suit didn’t even ship out from them until FOUR days later. I still do not have the suit. Calling for a refund

I ordered a swimsuit on January 28th. It is FINALLY being shipped. I contacted you several times. The BOT was useless, one time I was told I would receive an email in 15 minutes confirming I still wanted the suit. It never came. When I checked last, the order was cancelledThis is the worst service I have ever encountered.

The suit came on time and was true to size. Very satisfied.

Absolutely bombarded with spam emails from the moment I ordered. I ordered four days ago have received six marketing emails since including two sent 5 hours apart. Will return my order and never order again. Giving you my email for an order is not a freaking licence to harass and flood me with marketing.

Great products, great customer service. I use what I bought: a couple of swimsuits and some fins. There is a lot of selection, I am sure you will find what you need. Unfortunately we do not have anywhere locally where you can buy a swimsuit that you can actually do laps in. I am glad I found Swim Outlet, and they have a great selection happily in my size 42.
