My son has found an amazing teacher in Lizzie, he’s always so excited to come to her lessons, she makes it fun, whilst giving him the confidence and skills he needs to become independent in the water. My son can be a little quiet with new people but Lizzie has made him feel comfortable and he chats away to her and is comfortable and confident around her He has progressed really well, and we are excited to see him progress more under Lizzies guidance!

Anita at Wokefield Park is absolutely brilliant with our two boys. She's patient, enthusiastic, full of smiles and full of encouragement for them. They look forward to their lessons and she's the best instructor they've had so far.

As an adult learner, Elliott was kind, thoughtful and motivating to improve both my breaststroke and front crawl. We worked on my stamina and coordination to improve both strokes over 4 weeks I was with him.

Week after week I'm amazed at the patience of my daughter's teacher Fionnula - she's so great with her and I know she's not easy to teach! She's coped with everything including her spending one whole lesson pretending to be a dog with a mix of firmness and kindness which is really lovely. My kid has made great swimming progress.

Do not waste your time or money. It feels like a scam tbh. They’re super friendly when you book with them and they take your payment.

I booked my daughter on classes that are suitable for her level but was told she had to start on step 1 but when she has her first class she would be moved up. This did not happen so I emailed well before her next class payment was due. No reply. I emailed again. After her class was due I had a reply to say it’s cancelled, rather than a call to discuss what we can do.

Then I stupidly trusted them to do adult classes with them and paid upfront for 5 classes. 3 days before my classes were due I was told they’re cancelled and will be moved to a month later. This was extremely inconvenient as I had taken the time off to do the classes. I agreed given that I had finally had the courage to book something for myself for once.
Then I was told the timings of the class would have to be different too which was extremely frustrating as it meant my 20 minute journey would be 1.5 hours given the extreme traffic getting into London at rush hour. I debated cancelling and wish I had.

I then had my first class and even though the travel was frustrating, the class itself with Mia was great which gave me some form of relief.

Then today I travelled my 1.5 hours to attend my class and the instructor didn’t turn up.
I called the office, no reply. Finally I get a reply to my email to which I asked for a callback at 10am and didn’t get a call back all day.

I have been lessons with swimexpert as a complete beginner to swimming. My teacher, Alistair S in Cardiff, has been completely awesome taking me from being a total beginner to feeling much comfortable while swimming. He has helped me work on my technique so much and i am making significant progress. I would highly recommend swim expert and Alistair.

Isaac B has helped my child make great progress with his water confidence and swimming. Highly recommended.

Both my daughters (6&4) have had swimming lessons with Isaac. He’s very professional and knowledgeable but he explains to the children in language they understand. Both came on massively while under Isaac’s instruction. Would happily recommend to anyone!

Very good lessons. Thomas has really come on and developed with his swimming over the last few months. He is stronger and more confident in the water.

My son has ADHD and ASD and found group lessons very challenging so we moved to 1-1 lessons. My son had been swimming with Sean for over a year now and has made so much progress. Sean is incredibly calm and patient with him and a fantastic swimming instructor. I highly recommend him.

Mia at Brentford has a fantastic manner with my young kids and very quickly helped my daughter begin to overcome her fear of being in the pool. For weeks, my daughter had been reluctant to get in the water, whereas now she’s really looking forward to her lessons!

We also had some issues with our bookings, but Karen was really helpful in resolving everything.

The Brentford pool is also a lovely venue and a good place to have lessons.

As a complete non-swimmer adult and having never been comfortable in the water from the outset Rob has been great at building my confidence as well as my technique. The continued experience is enjoyable as well as instructive and I’m continuing to learn new skills.
All the staff from my initial enquiry and booking of lessons via phone to Rob the instructor on a weekly basis swim expert have been friendly, informative, and supportive and I cannot recommend swim expert enough to anyone looking to learn.

After working with few swim coaches in Canary Wharf we were recently transferred to Drew and are very happy with his approach. As Hannah is still very young it can be challenging to work with children her age. But Drew is very good in making sure she stays focused and engaged during her class. She feels very comfortable with him and she is making very good progress. Thank you Drew!

I would just like to mention how amazing Jake is! Isla has come
On so much in this last lesson her confidence is so much better! He is such a patient kind instructor and Isla loves him and has so much confidence in him it is truelly down to him she has gone from being really nervous and unconfident in the water to being excited to go to her lessons and shining more each week! He is an asset to your team 💜

Both my boys had Ryan for the first time this week, He was amazing, calm positive, knowledgable and praised them in all the right areas which boosted their confidence. They loved it!

My son has lessons with Ciaran and has come on so much in just 5 lessons. He really enjoys going and Ciaran is great with him. Ciaran is always so engaged and helpful during the lessons.

Rob is a fantastic coach. Some much encouragement and knowledge when teaching. The progress my child has made in such a short space of time is really a testament to Robs skill as a coach.

Rob has been excellent so far ! My son is a beginner and was a little apprehensive about swimming but he has made him feel so much more confident after just two lessons . He is very kind and appears to be very patient with him and I can see that there are smiles all around ! Very happy
