Brought swim socks for a christmas present. Worn in the swimming pool once and the soles split and are threadbare after one use. Good communication from company and refund was given for the product but was still out of pocket for postage. They say don't wear on hard surface. The swimming pool floor is not soft so the product is not fit for purpose.
Ordered a Swimcell phone case with free key float, arrived very promptly and both items excellent. Working canal-side with a set of fairly heavy (and expensive) keys the Float works a treat and although I do not intend to enter the water with the phone case (they quote the case as being waterproof up to 10 metres) I am sure it will work equally as well as the float.
