On their website, they said they can do everything, and it was only $10. But they can not. I placed an order to unlock my ATT phone. Initially, they told me their database is broken, and will be back in 1 week. After 1 week, they told me the database was not ready, and asked me to cancel the order. I said I could wait. After another week, they told me they told me the database was still not ready and I asked me to cancel the order. I said I could wait. In the forth week, they said their original method could not work, and asked $30 for the service. I cancel the order. What a waste of time! They are scammer.

We are sorry you feel this way. Samsung Database was offline and we gave you constant updates and even a discount code with new pricing. We feel the feedback was not fair as we were very transparent throughout process. We gave you a full refund when asked for. We are not sure why we would be called scammers

long wait time , bad service ,not even legit customer service, juts some guy in a basement and that is rude, i take my business with other resellers that are fast and cheaper.

This Guy Michael Tjon Guy Is a scammer. He opened multiple disputes and is dealing with LOST/STOLEN Phones. He runs a site with stolen devices purchased and I refused to do business with him. Now he is going around over the internet posting bad reviews. If anyone wants to see screen shots of this this scammer email us at info@swiftunlocks.com. We are a honest business and have helped unlocked tens of millions of phones over the last year.
Excellent service
I was not dissapointed. They unlocked my at&t S6 edge for international use (bought a phone off the internet, turned out to still be on contract), and plenty fast as well.
I'm very happy with their service, will definitely use it in the future.
