Totally SCAM!
It is a terrible service!! GUYS PLEASE AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COST. They brought my washing machine in a broken state, and they still requested money for that.
They ask the customer of prepayment. Please everyone avoid this, as they will not give your money back!!

My fridge tripped and compressor broke
They said they would collect fix and return in two days could not give a estimate
Said between 400 - 800 dhs
I had to follow up 4 days later
They said 800 plus 200 for cleaning
Fridge still has a smell and also not properly cleaned
They told me after some time of working it will be ok. These guys are not professional

I am highly disappointed with the service I received from Swift Repair. I made the payment, but even after two days, I have not received the promised invoices. Their lack of communication and follow-up is frustrating and unprofessional.
A company’s credibility is built on timely delivery and transparency, and unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning their reliability. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their service
