Love that it only allows people with given permission inside.
Really appreciate we're given the opportunity to provide to guests their own personal code, including for delivery companies.
And I appreciate the customer service department, Quick & Easy...

Swiftlane is very easy to use. It quickly recognizes your face (I do enjoy making new faces) and unlocks the door. Giving friends their personal codes to have easy access to our apartment is also super handy. When my mom visits, the code gives her simple access to come and go while I'm at work.
Occassionally, it needs to reset, but it happens very quickly. The first time I thought it would mean I'd have to stand outside for five minutes, but was more like 30 seconds.
I use it to enter the building multiple times a day, as well as, to get into the package room, exercise room, and pool. Convenient, safe, easy, and reliable.
I recommend this system for apartment buildings.

I’ve been using Swiftlane every day to enter and exit my apartment building, and it’s been a great experience. The app is easy to use, reliable, and makes getting into the building quick without needing to carry physical keys. I also like that it uses secure password-protected access, so only authorized residents can use it, which adds an extra layer of security. Overall, it’s a convenient and dependable access system that makes daily life easier. I wish there was an option to generate one time passwords for deliveries and such but other than that its a great application

Not having to use a key to enter my building makes me feel more secure. I never have to worry about being locked out. The facial recognition is accompanied by a pleasant chime which makes me feel welcome and at home.

I emailed Swiftlane more than 7 times to remove my account because I moved 03/01/26. Not one time have anyone responded to my emails. Then a few days ago, I get an email from one of your representative asking if I want to take a survey for a gift card.

I am STILL receiving calls for a place I don't live and I will be filing a lawsuit against y'all

Great software that makes life much easier. With a click of a button, a quick face scan I am able to enter my home quick and easy. Best feature on this operating system is that I can access quickly via app/iPhone and allow my close friends/family enter my building with a visual of who is at the door.
Safety is a big concern and Swiftlane gives us that comfort that we will be safe entering and exiting our home.

It's very easy to use and it's nice you can make separate single use codes for deliveries, etc. I wish it weren't soley tied a wirless internet connection, as I've gotten locked out of my building before because of this.

I really enjoy using Swiftlane. It allows for me to unlock and have access to my building remotely if I am not in town or nearby I can open the door through the app. It is also really nice to be able to create guest passes and revoke it pretty easily. I’d highly recommend using this system for door and privacy control.

Visitors are unable to communicate with the voice box. Many times the bell does not ring in the office. Scheduled unlocked times are not consistant. Issues have been documented with Swiftlane and our IT department.

It's fairly easy to use. The screen is installed at the door and uses issued numeric code or face recognition. It was straight forward for each person to sign up via email invitation and register for the face recognition.

I enjoy not having to think about my keys anymore with swiftlane! It makes it so easy to come home and just pop in a code. It makes it easier to have family come and stop by or if my sister has to check on my dog i dont have to leave a key under the mat that doesnt feel safe. I also love how it gives me an email when someone uses a code to get in. Having swiftlane has been so helpful in my everyday life!

Mostly very convenient. Our packages get delivered much more often now and we can make codes for vendors which is fantastic and makes our life easier.

Can't give 5 stars because there was one instance where the door just kept unlocking itself while also announcing that it was unlocked. We live in a busy city and this is a MAJOR safety issue.

Sometimes it has to get reset and obviously it completely depends on your internet reliability.

There's some features I wish were there that seem obvious like a live video feed of the camera. Can only get snapshots and it doesn't seem to update that very quickly.

Overall pretty happy as are our tenants. Only making this review because they offered a $20 gift card.

Review is honest but I wouldn't have taken the time to review something like this without incentive.

Swiftlane has been great. I downloaded the app on my phone and it has been a breeze to get into my office building. I was also able to add it to my Siri Shortcuts so as I'm walking up to my office building, I can already have it ready to have the door unlocked as I get there. Great service and highly recommended.

The technology is fantastic! Very consistent in the facial recognition technology, the only time it didn't work immediately is when I had a hat and sunglasses on.

I also like the multiple ways I can unlock doors, from facial recognition to individual passwords to the app opening/locking any door in the program.

Finally, the ability to give temporary passwords to guests, as well as assigning which entrances they may use/may not use is very useful.

I use swiftlane at the entrance of my apartment complex and it makes things so much more convenient. Especially when I have to carry such a heavy load into my apartment and I don’t need to have my keys on me, I can use the Swiftlane touchpad to unlock the door without any hassle. Even with swiftlane i can generate a one time code for entry access for my guest or just even food delivery services!

Switching from using a key fob to Swiftlane has been a really smooth experience. At first I wasn’t sure how much of a difference it would make, but having access through the app has made getting into my building much more convenient especially because I already have my phone in my hand.

The facial recognition is great. It even works with my sunglasses on

Having the new security put in place is such a relief for my overall concerns when it comes to safety.
I appreciate the the service and look forward to utilizing the system for many years.
