Excellent weekend training with Mick

I attended a course this weekend with South West Herts Narrowboat Trust, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish.
Our instructor, Mick, was extremely knowledgeable and a great trainer — patient, clear, and full of useful insights from real experience on the water.

The facilities were great, everything was well-organised, and the whole weekend had a friendly and supportive atmosphere. I came away with much more confidence and a better understanding of boating.

A big thank you to Mick and the team — I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality training and a great experience on the canal!
