Top quality sweets that taste delicious! I love the vast selection of sweets they have to choose from, including vegetarian & vegan options. Reasonably priced. Delivery was very quick. I can tell my pick & mix was packed with care and the packaging is great, resealable to keep sweets fresh and also recyclable. I definitely recommend this company if you’re looking for a tasty pick & mix at an affordable price!!

I have used sweetsy for a while now and always been happy. However when we moved to a new build bungalow it was a different story. I spent 40 pounds on sweets for easter for easter fun with the grandchildren. I have been very ill and thought a nice treat. However the order was delayed due to Evri saying they can't find address and instead of contacting me as they could and other delivery company's had after nearly 3 weeks they sent it back to sweetzy. All this time I contacted customer services who said we dealing with it.then yesterday they said they had received it and when I pay postage again they will send them back out. So I would be receiving sweets that have sat God knows where. So I asked for a refund. And all I got from sweetzy sorry you're upset. So no i won't use again.

Ordered, wasn't hoping for much as I saw advert on tiktok but jesus christ it's all amazing. Tastes excellent and considering I ordered last night I would assume given bank holiday it wouldn't arrive until next week yet it came this morning ! Faster than amazon next day! Definitely will be ordering again and have told all my family

Giant dolphins, are not giant at all, late for delivery, nothing special about the sweets, wouldn’t recommend, pathetic

Love it! Ordered my first bag and got it within a few days. Amazing quality and exactly what i wanted. Also got a free gift of gummies.

So impressed with my purchase 1kg bag of Easter mix and Easter jar, ordered Monday arrived Wednesday. The jar is lovely exactly as you see it in the adds. Can’t wait to open the bag.

A 1kg bag of sweets ordered and delivered, 1/3 of the way through, realised we'd only received one individual sweet of our order.,.....enquired with their customer service to be told because I can't supply pictures of what was delivered they can't continue with looking into my enquiry.......who takes out and separates each sweet choice and takes pictures before eating them?! 🤷

Ordered many times from Sweetzy and have always had such a brilliant service! There was one occasion (Black Friday) and my order wasn’t processed (found out once I’d emailed to chase my order) and they came back to me so quickly and sent my order the next day. I constantly refer Sweetzy to friends, family and colleagues (to the point I think I should be an ambassador🤣) and they have ordered and haven’t had any issues.
The sweets are all so lovely and fresh. Never have any substitutes or wrong sweets sent.
I will only use Sweetzy for my sugar cravings.
10/10 for selection, taste and customer service.

Places my second order on the back of a email promotion saying to place and order and receive 2 free 250g bags of sweets NO CATCH, just use the code and it will sort itself.

Dispatch order received with no free sweets on there, emailed straight away to be told because I had used a voucher for 20% off then My other offer was invalid? At no point on there website does it state only 1 code! To even write NO CATCH on the email is misleading!

Will definitely find somewhere else to purchase sweets in the future.

I would suggest you also avoid this misleading seller!
