Excellent customer services
Excellent customer services, very responsive and professional. I wanted to swap out Nestlé products for alternative options for ethical reasons and Derek was incredible helpful. Hamper arrived to my friend in excellent condition and in good time. Would definitely recommend them and will be a repeat customer for sure.

I had a disappointing experience initially as the hamper I ordered was delivered to the incorrect address. The error was entirely the fault of the courier company but I had to sort it out myself.
Sean from Sweet Tooth made contact with me after the courier company had (clumsily) rectified the situation (the recipients were absolutely delighted with the gift when they got it).
He apologised that SweetTooth hadn't responded to the situation quickly enough and offered a compensatory gesture.
As a result, I was able to gift another hamper to a little girl turning nine. Apparently it was the 'best birthday present ever'.
I have used Sweet Tooth hampers a number of times and the service has always been flawless. The hampers seem to arrive at Irish destinations within 2-3 days.

Ordered a hamper for mothers day. I made a mistake with the delivery address but they fixed the problem with the delivery company and even offered to send a new hamper out.
