Really bad company do not use. Money taken but goods never arrived. No reply to emails. No other way to make contact. Order placed well before Christmas and now we are in February. Shouldn’t be allowed to continue trading.

Do not use this company, absolute bunch off scammers.. will take your money and you will receive nothing. Even when you try to get in touch through emails, love chat messenger etc they ignore you.. This company should be shut down, absolute disgrace they are allowed still to trade to take peoples money

Ordered items for Christmas with express delivery. No order confirmation sent via email no tracking & no contact back from the company despite numerous emails & messages through the terrible online chat bot.

If I could give 0 I would!! Didn't ever send order . Luckily I had paid through clear pay so I managed to get a refund about a month later because they never responded

Have repeatedly tried to contact them but they just ignore all messages. Don't touch with a bargepole as they will take your money but you get nothing in return

What a cheek, had MAJOR ISSUES WITH THEM IN JULY ……. WHICH THEY COMPLETELY IGNORED!!! REPEATEDLY!!

Do not under any circumstances contact me, I had to have my money refunded by the bank as you as scammers.

But now they want more information to try and have the reviews removed?!! Wow, absolutely unreal, by far the worst company I’ve ever come across and that’s saying something.

Still waiting for my order to be delivered or some kind of communication at all from the seller, have contacted many times with absolutely no response.

I ordered as this company came up on a cashback website when I was looking for a gift. No delivery. No replies to my emails. A complete scam. Luckily AMEX gave me my money back.

No despatch email, no delivery, no refund, no replies, no damn good 😡 Do not touch with a barge pole, ordered 8 weeks ago and absolutely nothing.

Ordered, waited, received nothing... contacted and no response... its been 6 weeks...

I ordered and paid for 24hr delivery which didn't happen. No response to emails, luckily my bank refunded me immediately so didn't lose money but my friend lost out on her birthday gift
Reading through the reviews I realised this is a fairly common issue but also found a couple of comments that say easy to talk to! How? There is not a phone number available anywhere- please correct me if I'm wrong

Stay away ⚠️ I am having the same problem took my money still nothing I've contacted them many times no reply, It amazes me how this type of site function for so long,

Placed an order [Order #238953) on the 25th Jan. Order confirmation received but no order received and despite several emails and a formal letter absolutely no reply. This Company have taken £59.48 from my account and have failed to provide the goods or a refund.

Placed an order on 27th May 2023 (£42) for my son's birthday, did not receive confirmation until 16th June (after his birthday). I only got the confirmation because I emailed and complained about the lack of customer service.

I then received an email on 17th June apologising for the delay and then some rantings about how many orders they process and the hot weather affecting their stock. I was assured that part of my order was despatched (which I received and emailed to let them know), the remainder would be despatched the following week which would include a free gift by way of an apology.

As of today (and another email sent via their website), I have still not received the remainder of my order despite many emails and requests for a refund.

I will be looking for advice on this matter

Awful company. I wasn’t sent any tracking information, and despite reaching out MULTIPLE times, I have heard nothing back. Yet they will happily take my money and RUN. Disgusting. I don’t recommend, don’t bother wasting your time with these lot.

Do not order from this company as they will happily take your money, but will never deliver what you pay for. How this company is still allowed to scam people is beyond me.

Placed an order in may still no delivery emailed multiple times and no response sat on online chat for ages and no one responded very difficult to get a refund if they refuse to make contact I would avoid this company at all costs

Bloody awful. No delivery and no customer service. Avoid like the plague.

Order hasn't arrived. Don't reply to emails despite 'priding themselves' on their complaints service. Read messages on chat but surprise surprise no reply to that either. Don't waste your money on this company. I wish I'd read the reviews first. 😕
