We only use Royal Mail Tracked 24 so 99% of all orders actually arrive next day so we can cater for everybody who needs a gift fast. The issue with nominated day delivery is that if the courier lets you down, the effects can be devasating for a special occasion. Instead we do offer a FREE service where we mark the outside packaging "PLEASE DO NOT OPEN UNTIL..." so customer can ship early, avoid any let downs, and clearly mark the parcel as DO NOT OPEN UNTIL... Obviously we are disappointed you felt our Next Day delivery was not good enough and only gave us 3 STARS, had you contacted us we could have explained our alternative, but we are pleased you found our product good value. Hi Tracy, we did respond to you and asked for the photos of the damage so we could refund you and put in a claim to Royal Mail, we did not get a response back from you. We are disappointed this is how you have reached out to us further after us offering you the assistance and resolution you needed. Please re-check your emails and perhaps Spam folder?
