Bought a selection of sweets for Christmas and was really impressed with the quality. Everyone who tried them loved them. Great value for money, and quick, hassle free delivery.
Top-class product and service - will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered 8 bags of sweets in December.
3 bags arrived with faded packaging and when opened were stale.. I checked the best before date and I discovered that they are out of date since January 2025…… a year out of date….. the rest of the bags are out of date the end of this month.. I have sent two emails to Sweet King requesting a refund, they have not responded. I have now referred it to the Food Safety Authority …
I would advise everyone that bought sweets over the Christmas to check the dates on the back..

Received my order today it’s gone majorly down hill packaging had holes in the inside box and sweets felt soggy!! These aren’t cheap sweets and standards have slipped majorly!! The printing was very faded on the sleeves and no care taken in putting the sweets in the boxes I used to use these as teacher gifts now I feel they feel cheap and would be embarrassed giving!

Ordered toyshow sweets on the 27th of November. Did not receive them for the 5th of December. Disappointed child as i had informed him i ordered them especially for the toyshow. Emailed 2 days after the 5th, no reply. Emailed last night saying I wanted to cancel my order. Id have totally understood if there was a delay, if I was Emailed communicating this to me. But no correspondence at all, no response as of yet to my two emails. Some form of communication would have been useful. Very disappointed, as from all the social media promoting the sweets appear good and the special packaging for different events.

Really disappointed as I’ve used this company before and had no issues. Placed order and received dispatched email and then nothing….. no updates on tracking! Tried emailing directly and received generic email thanking me for my patience….. customer service was very slow to reply and seem disinterested once you have paid…..

I ordered 10 days ago said my order would be dealt with in 1 to 2 Days, despite sending many messages I have had no reply and money was taken from my account. Will need to contact bank, so annoying. Don’t ever order from them.

I ordered on the 30th of June for the first time and still have not received my order. I understand there is a 2-4 day processing time but it's be 12 days and no order. I have emailed 3 times and no word back

To update they cancelled my order a few days after this and refunded me no sorry or anything . Just said they didn't have my items in stock even though they did at the time of purchase terrible company and that hurts me to say as I want to support Irish grown companies avoid

I’ve ordered from this company before and had a good experience.
But, I ordered early January for a birthday present for the end of January.
When it hadn’t arrived closer to the birthday I checked my emails. Order confirmed, money taken, no confirmation of shipment. I went on their website to check the status. No option to log in or contact them.
I thought maybe they were having issues with their website.
When I checked the website the following day, it gave an error, saying it was u unavailable and be back soon.
I checked their Instagram page on 1st of February and they had a story up saying “sweet king will reopen soon with new owners 😄”
That’s when u contacted them about my order.
No reply since (now 12th February).
If they’re having issues or reselling the business, they should send an email and let us know.
Horrible way to deal with customers.
Definitely will not trust to order again if they reopen.
And will also take it further to get my money reimbursed if it’s not done soon

Around Christmas I received an Instagram ad promoting sweetkingco and they were selling the prime energy drink.

I made an order that night that includes a bottle of prime and some pick n mix and another small thing that was charged and confirmed and told me it would be shipped in 3 weeks as they had to wait for the drink to arrive.

3-4 weeks later I get an email simply telling me my order has been cancelled when I tried to ask why I was given no response and when I enquired via their Instagram I was left on seen and blocked.

Quite poor form from a so called "Irish company"
If you can't fulfil an order I would've much preferred a message saying hey listen we oversold our stock instead of being completely blanked and ignored.

In summary, shady business practice, would avoid them all together.

Waiting for delivery since Jan 18th 6 days ago. Contacted them via 4 different avenues. NO REPLY or any contact, they still have my money too.

Terrible terrible company and awful products to match too. There must be a lot of friends and family leaving these good reviews because they are definitely not honest. Delivery took forever despite the quick delivery times they claim. When the product arrived, some were open but all were rock hard and tasteless. It was like they had been left opened outside for a month or something. Customer service is almost non existent and arrogant at best. Save you money and shop elsewhere. You have been warned.

An absolute disgrace of a company. You've all heard of the prime energy drinks I'm sure and horrible diet bags buying and selling in bulk to then sell to kids for 10 times the price. Well this 'legitimate' company seems to think it's ok to resell it , most likely to kids as who else is naive enough to buy a youtuber drink for 16.00 euro PER BOTTLE when it sells for as little as 2 euro at retail price. How is this different to a ticket tout buying up tickets to a favourite artist and reselling to kids for 10 times the price (which is illegal btw). It's a joke and you should be ashamed of yourself. And all for a quick buck. Your response thinking this is all hilarious as your ripping off these kids is particularly disgusting too. Shameful and I will never be using this company again.

Really bad experience. Sweets were awful, dried out and hard - like they'd been sitting out of there wrapper for weeks. ended up throwing them out.

better off buying sweets in the shop, at least you know there fresh.

Just ordered some bits as Christmas presents- came within 5 days. One product was missing, but the customer service was great, having that product out to me within another few days.

I give sweetking a big 10/10 for there delish sweets and treats and they delivery is so fast

I've ordered off sweetking many a times throughout the year and they never disappoint. Only yesterday I received a merry Christmas gift box for a friend for Christmas. They are ideal and very reasonable. Always such good competitions too and great discount codes. I'd highly recommend
