Sweetjar provided me with a wonderful…

Sweetjar provided me with a wonderful website that completely captured what I wanted and more importantly managed to capture the essence of what the website represented (a website to promote a holiday let business).

Excellent communication, managed client expectations as well as listening to the client.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

A talented team who are a pleasure to work with

The team at Sweetjar are brimming with talent and enthusiasm - making them a pleasure to work with. The only reason for awarding 4 rather than 5 stars is that they sometimes over-commit i.e. take on work when they are over-stretched - sometimes missing agreed deadlines as a result.

With all projects milestones and remits tend to change with the customers needs or amends and although we try as hard as we can to accommodate this, it can hinder scheduling in new deadlines especially if deadlines are a little fluid or not set at the start of a project. We have now set in place a new client system which allows us to be fully transparent with out clients for them to understand how slow responses to emails, changes in design, content etc can impact on initial deadlines.

We value all feedback, especially those that help us to continue to improve Sweetjar Communications and our work to support our start up community.

Refreshed Website

I met one of the lovely Ladies from SweetJar at a Business Expo at the right time-I was looking for a refresh of my website that would more accurately reflect my personality. I was quoted a really competitive price for my requirements and so accepted the quote. Basically, Anne-Marie has completely revamped, and "blinged-up" my poor old website and brought it to life. Thankyou so much for your hard work-really looking forward to working with you again at some point.
