No customer service after sales
I’m actually really upset with the way this company and dealt with an issue I’ve had. The way they’ve dealt with it was they simple didn’t reply.
They advertised a product that is not longer been made ( I contacted Mars / wrigleys) so I thought my luck had come in at first. Placed the order, delivery cost was very expensive… to receive a generic product I could buy in the corner shop.
I’ve tried contacting them via the usual method and I’ve not heard back.. in fact my messages haven’t even been opened and it’s been over 2 weeks.
Shame, But i won’t recommend them now due to them advertising products they don’t have in stock.

Great company and quick delivery
I have ordered twice now from Sweetie Treats and I can't fault them at all. Easy process, good prices and the delivery is very quick.
I now buy the product in bulk from these as I know they always have it at a reasonable price.

Due to ethical reasons we do not agree with food waste and fully support governing bodies such as Friends of the Earth.

Tape is applied to any box with a slight tear or crease. All food is checked before a repair and thoroughly checked for seal damage before shipping.
However we understand that you were not satisfied and offered to give you a full refund. We did not receive a reply.
