Order delivered early and the product was nice.. only issue is the adapter for the spray handle. It’s brass when the fixture is black….! Why..??

You can’t return the purchase if there was a problem. If you are lucky enough to have them agree to accept it, you will find it hard to get the money you paid for. Such a pain dealing with this store. I will just go to Lowe’s or Home Depot next time.

Within 30 days after receiving the goods is possible to return without reason, please have you contacted us by phone or email? If contacted, have we disagreed with your return? If yes, have you returned the goods? As long as the tracking code shows that you sent the product back, the finance will naturally refund. I don't know what went wrong at any point, we will improve this.

Love my new bathroom faucets
I ordered two fancy bathroom faucets. Given the company address, I thought they'd ship from the US, but they did ship from China. That being said, they shipped immediately, and arrived very quickly. They were well made, high quality, and heavy duty. I installed them without plumbers putty and had no leaks or issues. The hoses fit my US plumbing, no problem. I can't wait to update more of my fixtures, because these are so unique and make my bathroom more interesting.

We have warehouses all over the world, and we give priority to the warehouse that has stock, and then choose the warehouse closest to you, it just so happens that the US warehouse is out of stock when you buy, so we ship from China. But we purchase FedEx shipping, under normal circumstances four to five days can also receive the product.
The absolute worst company to buy from.
Horrible customer service. I tried contacting the customer service phone and sent multiple emails with no response after realizing the faucet we purchased would not work. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody.

No directions
No directions, parts missing no clear description of line placement not compatible with all filters systems parts cost over a hundred dollars and 7 hours to install and had to get a plumber to assist sprayer parts are plastic and will eventually peel.
