Not sure if this company are scammers…

Not sure if this company are scammers or just completely inept but after registering for a free flight promotion through Vodafone I had to make two follow-up calls because I never heard back from them after submitting the registration forms, only to be told firstly that they had flight dates for me and all I needed to do was wait for the confirmation forms they would send me, and then (after I phoned again because I never heard from them after that) that those flight dates weren't available after all because I hadn't signed forms that they never sent me.
