Very happy, returning subscription customer
The first time I ordered from this company was just over 2 years ago, and they had reached out to me to amend a mistake I had made (not their responsibility, but showed what excellent customer service they have!) and since then they have been the only place I have ordered sweets from. my partner is sweet obsessed so I have their monthly subscription, and any other sweet gifts come from Sweet Cheeks.
The website is easy to navigate, subscriptions page very user friendly, everything is always shipped in good time (always within timeframe stated on the website) and packaged safely, whether it’s for a 500g pouch or 2kg tub.
The sweets are always fresh, mixtures and options have good variety.
The prices are sensible and from what i’ve looked at on the market, Sweet Cheeks are more reasonably priced than most. They often have good deals and “bartering” on special occasions.
whilst I’ve never had an issue (other the the first order, where again the issue was my own fault!) requiring customer service but from my experience they are quick to reply and eager to reach an appropriate solution.

Hi Melissa. Thanks for taking the time to write a review for your order with us. I am a little bit confused as to why your thought we had a "snotty" attitude though? You ordered on 2nd January and hadn't seen on our website that our next collection date in 2024 was the 8th January. You contacted us on 5th Jan asking when you would expect to get your sweets and we explained this to you on email and offered you a refund for your delivery cost as you said you would still like the sweets...You're last email actually said "Thank you for your reply , I'd still like my order and I'd appreciate the refund for the 1/2 days delivery." We arranged the refund and the sweets were delivered on 10th January - 2 days after they were picked, packed and collected from us. Also, we are sorry that you didn't enjoy the taste of the custom mix you chose. You selected quite a large range of our sweets so there is a huge mix of flavors in there. If you could have got in touch to explain why you thought they tasted "funny" then we would have been happy to discuss this with you, as you are a valued customer who has ordered many times from us in the past.

Hi Michelle. Very sorry to hear that you are not happy with your order. We can see from your order number that you selected 3-5 working days for your delivery cost. You ordered on Friday 3rd Nov and your package was delivered the following Friday at 10:25 am...which does fall in the 5 working days you selected. We have to allow up to 5 days for this type of delivery as sometimes there can be delays from the couriers. Also, you have not contacted us at all to let us know that your parcel was damaged during transit. We have a claims procedure in place for this...but only if we know about it! If you can contact us via our email address then we can help rectify this issue for you.

Great selection of tasty sweets, we got the Halloween mix for my son and he loved it.
The sweets was delivered one day later then expected but think that was more to do with the delivery company than the sweet company. Would use again, highly recommended.

I don’t even need to wait for my sweets to arrive cause I know everything will be perfect. Every year I am back for more, the perfect little filler gift for my friends birthdays. Every time they eat them they love them and a free picture on the front of amazing packaging. I can’t honestly stress enough how amazing Sweet Cheeks are and how fantastic the website site is also. Thanks once again guys for suppling the goods! If I could rate more than 5 I would!
P.S.. I always order myself a little bag of sweets but Slimming World doesn’t need to know that.
