So far my experience with Sweeptastic has been great! I enjoy social casino and participating in their AMOE. After reaching out to them to see if they had received of my entries they quickly got back to me with a count and ballpark estimate of processing time. Maybe I am biased, because their mailing address happens to be near the area I reside but if I can particpate in my social casino AMOE hobby supporting a business in my area that has great speedy customer support then I'd rather do that then deal with some of these ones that either dont respond, say they can't answer your question or provide an automated response! Not Sweepstastic, they have been great to me so far! Keep up the great work guys!!!!

Scamtastics casino is a joke. No vip support. Long wait time for responses from customer service and no comps that are justified by the amount you deposit. They have the tightest machines and have no problem taking all your money and not comping a dime. STAY AWAY

Sweeptastic was very quick to respond when I had an issue recently with the company that handles their redemptions. It was a highly stressful ordeal but they were there every step of the way to help me and to make sure I stayed in the loop while helping me to work w the company and to eventually get to the finish line where my redemption was successfully sent.

Overall great experience, wish I could play all day but I still have to go to work!
