Furniture arrived on time but….
Furniture arrived on time and efficiently but had a lot of damages and scratches on it clearly indicating that is low quality material. Item serves it’s purpose for the time being but will definitely be replaced for something sturdier and of better quality.

I had received the sofa super damaged…
I had received the sofa super damaged and i had to wait for a week to receive a respond and i’ve received a single respond and still the issue hasn’t resolved yet and im awaiting for my refund
Really it’s a nightmare and i won’t recommend to anyone else

The product and assistance is great, their logistics partner had difficulty. But Sweeek team were really helpful and pushed their partner to deliver correctly.
So all in all we felt looked after and the product looks great in our home. We are currently looking for more products from Sweeek, for furnishing other rooms in our home.

Awful quality for high prices
We ordered the umbrella Antibes 3x4m and paid €230. After being used maybe 4-5 times, three of the corners are ripped, the handles have fallen off and the and mechanics are stuck and now the umbrella does not go up at all. The return policy of having the original box is unfair. Nobody keeps such large packaging in their house for months after receiving!
We have previously ordered a set of furniture and a pergola which all arrived damaged or incomplete, but thought we would give them another chance..

The sun loungers arrived in good time (I need to explain more)* and were straightforward to assemble. My wife and I are very pleased with their strength, colour, material and design - all of which matched their on-line website description. The price was also very fair and competitive.
* The delivery firm BRT were appalling, claiming no-one was in when they claimed to have tried to deliver. We were in all day. It is clear they could not be bothered to access our countryside residence. I eventually retrieved from their depot in Porto Ascoli.

Really good quality product and love…
Really good quality product and love the dusky blue colour. Looks really good, chairs are comfortable and have a locking system and the table is a nice size. Arrived a bit later than planned, but good on arrival. The only thing I didn’t like was the packaging as the polystyrene got everywhere. My first time ordering online from Alice’s Garden and happy with the order and service🤗.
