Rolled too tightly.. first print was creased badly, so the only reason I've given two stars is because the customer services team were very polite and kindly sent me another, but again it was rolled very tightly and still creased in places. Lovely print, but not worth the money sadly.

Very sad to hear that your print never arrived 😞. According to the carrier, it’s still in transit but it’s becoming obvious to us that they must have fumbled this order as the latest event shows that it was dispatched to Heathrow Worldwide distribution center on the 3 of November (!), and our products usually arrives between 4-10 days from when the order is placed.
We will refund you immediately and hope that we get a second chance to deliver a lovely print to you in the future.
Once again, very sorry for the frustration and disappointment this has caused you and thanks for putting your trust in us to begin with.

SSC went above and beyond:)
I ordered two of the same prints by mistake and with in one hour of emailing them they fixed the issue and refunded me one print.
The print I received is awesome and looks great on my wall.
I could not recommend them enough.

We are doing our best to get this to you in time for Christmas and as it looks, as of this morning, that it has arrived at Heathrow Worldwide DC, United Kingdom and that the Item has left its International Processing Centre.
