Sweat Wallet had allowed scam ads on their app
Sweat Wallet had allowed a promotion by Near-Casino.com to be advertised on the app where users get $200 bonus with the ability to immediately withdraw. As i have painfully found out by myself and from the experiences of others, this is not true. I was lucky because i spotted the scam quite early before too much damage could further ensue. But others were not so lucky and got scammed out of their entire savings and, for some, their income for the month. I would not trust this app. Even though their own individual earning methods are legitimate, the avenues for scamming that they allow under their platform leads to people unfortuntaley trusting this platform to protect them. I had contacted them via their support team on Discord and they had shown absolutely no remorse for their inaction regarding this. Thus, it is unsafe to interact on this platform currently and possible for the forseeable future because they have failed to protect users from third-party scams that were embedded in their app.
Waste of time
Having been a member since 2018 I am very upset to find even though I had Face ID I can no longer get on to the wallet as I need 12 words? Just like that they say they cannot help and everything will be lost! Why has this happened. They do not answer that one. All I can say is why did I bother. Certainly would not recommend anyone. Total waste of time and effort.
The value of each sweat coin increases…
The value of each sweat coin increases get the value of my holding which increases each day has plummeted from $300 to $12.87 today - I've no idea what is going on!
I’ve been a member for many years
I’ve been a member for many years. However, since they brought in their 12 word phrase (which doesn’t work, I’ve tried it numerous times) I can no longer get into my account.
There doesn’t seem to be any way of contacting a support person. I just seem to get constant emails (‘no reply’ of course) telling me if I don’t login soon they’ll start taking my credits ! Very frustrating and feeling more and more like a scam everyday.
An advert-fuelled disappointment of an app
I started using the Sweatcoin app when it was first launched to track steps and promote exercise. I've therefore been using the Sweat Wallet since they launched the Sweat token.
The original concept of a fun way to track steps, with the promise of rewards when you accumulated coins, has long been abandoned. The business model now is to make money from users clicking dubious adverts promising wealth from thin air. Any meaningful action in the app requires triggering multiple dubious full screen adverts.
Support is non-existent. I reported a bug in the app (which I now understand to be a deliberate feature) that does a sneaky switch when "refilling" an expired "Jar", by putting your tokens instead into a useless step jar at the confirmation stage. I noticed this scam on the confirmation screen and cancelled the "refill". I then chose to "Empty" the jar to reclaim my tokens. Instead it went ahead with locking up the tokens for 365 days in the useless step jar.
This appears to be their way of preventing users from turning tokens into cash to slow down the slide in value of Sweat tokens. Not that the tokens are worth anything... the value has been falling for years, with Sweat now worth only $0.002 and fewer coins being awarded for steps. It is in a steady decline to an inevitable collapse, but as there may be people still clicking on their adverts; they keep the pretence going.
"Sweat Economy support" completely ignored my reported bug in their email replies. After receiving multiple emails in which they "sincerely apologize for any inconvenience" and say they "truly value your satisfaction and are here to help in any way we can", I asked if I was emailing an AI bot replying with ChatGPT responses. Their AI abruptly stopped responding. AI bots are usually trained to not engage if you ask direct questions about the fake replies, whereas real humans are pleased to respond to let you know that they are real.
Sweat Economy appears to be just smoke and mirrors. Earlier this year, I attended an online presentation by the founders with updates for the future for the token. Any user could attend, but only tiny number of people joined on YouTube. This is despite their boasts of having hundreds of millions of active users and millions more joining per week. Nothing about the Sweat Economy appears to add up or make any sense unless you are making money from running it.
Avoid this Sweatcoin/Sweat Economy/Sweat token fakery. And never click on any of their adverts, as that just rewards them for their behaviour. If you have Sweat tokens, stay away from their "Jars" (you may not be able to recover the tokens when they expire, as in my case) and try to convert your Sweat tokens before they go to 0.00.
Sweat for nothing... Just data farming
I have been a member of both apps for over 4 years now, I've never won anything and I spent 30$ on premium and as of today my sweat earned is valued at 7.34. so I basically lost 23$ by having the app. This is the stupidest and most scammy app ever. Nothing good comes from it.. cashwalk has paid me out 10x what this stupid app promised.
Sweatcoin
Sweatcoin, Sweatwallet, Sweateconomy... they give you a code and then ask you to login with a secret phrase that you don't have.
What's the code for if there's no login with the code?
There's no support option, you have to dig the net and ask chatgpt to show you how to contact their support.
The support says you have already changed your 12 words secret phrase (the one that you have never had and had never been asked to use) and the only option is to reset the account and say bye bye to the money you had in your account.
If I have the code, I want to use the code to login! The support doesn't answer the questions. real example
"[Me] As I previously mentioned, I do have the code, the problem is that your app doesn’t allow me to use the code.
It asks for the phrase, secret phrase! I don’t have any secret phrase.
The process is wrong
Now I can access Sweatcoin, not my sweatwallet
It’s a mess! Is it the same support?"
[sweat person] It SEEMS that you have changed your secret phrase lately. Please, mind that after changing a secret phrase, you won’t be able to log in with the activation email or Sweatcoin app to the Sweat wallet again. Also, we will not be able to recover your secret phrase, as we don’t store it anywhere in our system.
Please note that it is important to enter your 12-word secret phrase in the certain order that you saw during the creation. Also please make sure to enter it with a single space between the words.
If you have issues with locating your secret phrase we can reset your wallet one time, but understand that if we do this, we cannot match your current sweatcoin balance as you'll be starting with a new wallet. You can continue to earn $SWEAT from your steps once you've logged into your new account.
If you’d like us to proceed with resetting your wallet, just reply “Yes, please reset my wallet."
NOTE THAT NONE OF MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED!
Fake, positive reviews are all fake or made by the average brainless person.
Fake, those reviews are all fake, theres 2 apps, one that give you useless token that you can only use to enter on some kind of "loto", but that loto only gives you things you actualy dont want, its more an ADS plataform than anything else, and another one that worth "real" money, BOTH token are called sweat, but when you walk alot, all you win is the useless one, ive been using it for 3 years, and i never won the other one that actually worths money. SO, if you are smart, i can tell you one thing, do you understand how the average person is not very smart right? Exactly, those people are wining useless tokens. They dont even know. Just move on, theres nothing here, just another SCAM.
If you wanna get real money, use StepN.

Scam
Scam, when you have a problem no one is willing to help. I have an issue now over 2 months that I cannot empty my jars and they keep sending the same e-mail time after time with no solution. If you ask another time, your mails are just being ignored. And now they will probably answer on this to contact the support team... been there done that
