SWCA employee used our hotel and then disputed the charge
An SWCA employee booked a room at our hotel using a corporate credit card. She stayed the full night, had no complaints, never contacted us about a single issue, and left without requesting a refund. Over two months later, a chargeback was filed for the full amount.
We provided the service. Your employee used it. Then your company tried to take the money back. We have full documentation and have disputed the chargeback.
If this is how SWCA conducts business with small hotels, other hospitality providers should be aware.
