Holding hostage funds
Yesterday i started a transaction. They put it on hold for compliance review. I do KYC. Not Enough. They start asking question, i answer them, not enough.
Their compliance team knows nothing about crypto and assings me wallets (believes are mine) that are clearly not mine (eg. exchange wallets or dex routers).
They are holding my funds hostage even if i am from a low risk jurisdiction, my money is 100% legal and is not tainted at all onchain (i have access to onchain monitoring tools like chainanalysis) and i am trying to collaborate with them.
Maybe you can take the gamble with a few hundred bucks but do not use them at all for anything more than that. It is a nightmare.
