I'm coming back to give a 5* review…
I'm coming back to give a 5* review because I encountered a bad situation with tickets that didn't work but Swapper really went above and beyond to help me out and resolve the situation. They took a very human-centric approach and worked with me and (thankfully) an agreeable seller to get this settled in a matter of days.
I think it's even more valuable to comment on how they handled this difficult situation vs. a normal one and it's rare to have this kind of personal approach.
One word of caution - be aware that in any ticket swap transaction unless you are doing that through the official site, there is some inherent risk and be sure to read where the liability lies in the (even if small) chance of a problem.

Smooth purchase and ticket worked! <3 I bought a ticket for sold-out music event at the discounted rate. Once you buy it via secure transfer (including double verification) you can download your ticket. Just to be safe, I have used disposable one-use-only virtual card and went to gate early!
