They normally have everything I order in stock and if they have a special on, the prices are good.

The standard shipping time takes longer than it should. This is normal. I live three states away and the package has to go halfway across the U.S. but this last package for instance is going to take 8 days after ordering including the weekend. The order did go out the following day which was good but for some reason it takes a long time to go halfway across the U.S. using FedEx. In this case, the shipping was free. To expedite shipping, a person has to pay.

Careful if you order more than a quantity of one. I ordered a quantity 2 of a supplement and all of a sudden my order has put me on a automatic monthly refill program. I cancelled my entire order, I'm done with Swanson after many many years of orders.

We gave this business a few tries over the past year. The customer service team is not up to standard and are unethical, dishonest and dishonorable. Since vitamins and supplements are important they need to conduct themselves in a certain manner,which they do not. Many online businesses do not. Suggestion: buy in person or go to original manufacturer site to buy. These third party vendors are the bottom of the barrel scammers.
Do not trust these reviews, go to the other similar website that reviews businesses online for a well rounded and actual reflection of customer experience.

Swansons’s delivery has switch to Fedx. USPS always delivered from Swansons in 4 days to me. I ordered on May 18 th and still no pkg on May 24. Called today and was told it wont be delivered NOW TILL MAY 30th
TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE‼️

I ordered 4 bottles of Garden of Life Beyond Omega 3 Fish Oil. Free shipping. After tracking the package for a week it was still in Georgia likely sitting in a Hot Truck for an entire week. These supplements are temperature sensitive and I expected delivery in 2-3 days. I called customer service and was told to refuse delivery and I was refunded the entire amount. 3 weeks later Swanson billed me $8.47. Called Swanson again but they could only tell me that that was the shipping charge and would not refund. I feel bad for whoever gets those bottles of RANCID Fish Oil as I expect they will sell them again!

Best customer service, very reasonable price and good quality products.

Solid variety of vitamins, herbal supplements, and various teas. Many of these vitamins and herbs are hard to find in stores.

Shipped in a timely manner with reasonable prices.

Could do without the $5 shipping, but will continue to buy from them due to their reliable service and hard to find products.
