Awesome

The representative I had sheen, she was very polite and knew what she was talking about. And she said, if I needed help setting it up to call, and she would help. ? She is the best representative ive talk to in a long time. She can call me back some time this week

The original camer set up had a no subscrition. They keep dowgrading the image quality data thoughput on their app to make you pay for use of the app. I only puchased this setup because it was subscription free.
What they are doing is criminal. If you ring them they say we are closed and ring during office hours. During office hours and they are closed. They say ring during office hours. Never open. My next system will not be a Swann one. Nothing but trouble and lies. They said your eight camaera system cannot support five cameras on super HD. I am sick of lies and excuses becuase they want me to pay for subscription they keep interfeering with the app and downgrading the app playback quality. I won't fast forward or backward and is slow and unresponsive. Terrible and they called that an upgarde! Used to work great.

After many weeks of making changes to…

After many weeks of making changes to my doorbell camera set up it looks as if I now am able to get some use from it.
I spent many hours of my time responding to Swann directives to get this unit working including now having to resite it something not mentioned in their set procedure.
One area I am certainly not happy with is battery life, charged the unit for over 24hours then refitted it on Sunday but now at Tuesday evening and having seen only around 25 notifications the unit is at 41% which I guess will be down to 25% within a couple of days when I know the unit will stop operating.
Again now I have to spend time and money to get a consistent and possibly reliable unit.

I thought it was a 2 way audio camera…

I thought it was a 2 way audio camera so I can talk to my mom when she's in garden she's 83 yrs old,plus can't control audio thru phone.

Works when it wants and nightmare when it doesn't
Paid for yr subscription in Jan this year over £100+ and nothing but issues with connecting to wifi.
Customer service is a joke says call us and when you do it says no one to take call send us email.
Avoid at all costs as waste money.

Overpriced product and shipping

Overpriced for the product. The cost of shipping was outrageous given the length of time it took to arrive. It's bad enough that 2 of my cameras died after less than 2 years. All of my Ring cameras from 2017 still work. If only Swann knew how to provide a better app experience, they could be the best thing out there.
