If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered the Custom Tree of Life Photo Wall Light. It was nothing like the picture, it was cheap and of poor quality. It came with little pegs to attach pictures to the tree. These were too small and broke every time I tried to attach a photo. Not only that, it had snapped in transit, probably because it was made of balsa wood. When I contacted them they said that the product wasn't sub standard and offered 10% off. I went to PayPal who were also useless, apparently receiving a broken shite product doesn't meet their criteria for refund. Eventually they offered 50% so essentially I paid £25 for a product I couldn't use. It went in the bin. This is a scam site. Don't use.

Scammer .. do not buy

Had to pick a star to write a review hence picking 1 star … these are real scammers. You do not get what you order. Their website shows pretty 3d images of the artifacts and what you get is pathetic 2D modified print on a laser wooden sheet

There is fraud

This is a complete scam website; the pictures and the actual product are completely different. Be sure to pay attention to the fine print, as it's very easy to be misled. If you want a refund, you'll only get 20% back. PayPal offers absolutely no protection for buyers.

Faulty Item, Delayed Delivey, No Proper Refund

Avoid this seller at all costs.

I ordered an item on 9th December 2025 and it didn’t arrive until 26th January 2026 — an absolutely ridiculous delay.

When it finally turned up, it was only partly what I ordered, the quality was awful, it arrived dirty, and one of the names printed on it was spelt incorrectly. The item is completely unusable.

I contacted the seller expecting them to put it right, but they have been unhelpful and unreasonable throughout. Instead of issuing a proper refund for an item that isn’t fit for purpose, they offered me £10.00 back on a £46.01 order and tried to blame “material and shipping costs”, even though the materials used were clearly extremely cheap and the product was poorly made.

I have tried to resolve this politely, but the seller simply refuses to take responsibility.

Terrible quality, terrible service, and terrible customer care.

I would never order from them again and strongly advise others to avoid this business entirely.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

They replied to my original review saying to send photos to replace. If u read the review you’d see I did. Just trynna make yourselves look good bc u ain’t replacing anything lmao. You wanted to give me 20%, 50% back… I disputed the charge w my credit card company. I’m not wasting my hard earned money on garbage.

Lost money and time disputing!

I placed an order for three items. Products arrived late and none of them resembled to the pictures I sent. I wasted a lot of time disputing for full refund. They only offered 50%. I open a claim through PayPal but they were not very helpful either. DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking, make sure you read every line, headline advertisement on the product I bought was extremely miss leading , when I contacted swan gift they could not care less. The delivery was took 2 weeks to arrive.

I would not even give this one star if…

I would not even give this one star if I could have still written a review warning people not to buy from this site,I ordered a glass heart on a stand with pictures of my daughter and granddaughter for my daughters birthday, it took 6 weeks to arrive after many emails then opening a case with PayPal, then when it did come it was flat plastic tack on a piece of wood as a stand which cost £42 and quite honestly wasn’t worth more than £5 on a market stall, or craft fair, iv asked them for the returns address in which they refuse to do, so iv opened another case with PayPal. I don’t think I will get a refund but I want as many people to read this and buy from somewhere else

Dont even waste your time buying…

Dont even waste your time buying anything from this company, the picture of items they advertise are not what you get , item you get you could get your 10 year old child to make it. Had to go through paypal with dispute...so it really is not worth the hassle even buying from these cowboys.

Crap company

I gave one star because I have to enter something, but they don’t deserve that much. Item on web site is 3D fire helmet clock and really attractive. I paid good money for a cheap plywood picture that I am embarrassed to give as a gift (received 3 weeks late). Do not trust this company. What a rip off!

VERY BAD PRODUCT AND SERVICE !!

Update - it took them 2 weeks to respond to this and during that time i have e-mailed photo already - and e-mailed bcak and forth a few times - they have offered me HALF the money or a replacement (which would also be rubbish as the picture is clearly just AI'd and looks like a lady (its man!) - NOT suitable outcome im afraid :( :(
This is why ALL the reviews are very bad - this company uses AI at its worst to make a quick profit but sadly that means the products are just binned 99% of the time :(

VERY BAD PRODUCT AND SERVICE !!! The item they sent is clearly AI and turned my husbands photo gift into a VERY feminine picture with lipstick and eyeliner !!! Totally unfit for purpose (other than a joke gift!) - I complained and they offered a 20% refund !!
I could have done a much better job myself using ChatGBT which is clearly all they have done
THIS COMPANY IS RUBBISH DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!

30% refund is a disgrace

I ordered a gift through this scamming website for a friend for Christmas, when it arrived I opened it to find it looked nothing like the original photo I sent. I asked for a refund, however, as they’re unable to understand English, they asked me to send in the photos of the problem despite having done so twice already. When they finally vowed the photos, they could only offer and 30% refund due to ‘material costs’ and ‘shipping fees’ (despite me paying the shipping fee). They are unorganised, a waste of time and money and are extremely disloyal too their customers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Waited over a month to get the item

Waited over a month to get the item. I thought I was getting a 3D statue on a bass with a metal inscribed plate. It is actually a cheap piece of wood not even stained correctly with a paper sticker on it for the inscribed plate! And the figurine is a flat piece of thin wood that sits in a slot that has no finish on the back. CHEAP!!
