I saw a Swandal Home Services post on a community group in Facebook, and as I was in need of some services, I asked him to come in for a walk-through. Afterwards I set up an appointment with him to do some of the repairs in my home, and to also give me an estimate and ideas on updates, like cabinetry and woodwork. His work was perfect - he was on-time, professional, worked quickly and thoroughly, and super clean (something that can't be said for all handyman and repair services in my experience). He stuck to the quoted rate, with no surprises, add-ons, or price creep. He is very trustworthy, and he also has great ideas for updates, and showed me photos of some of his past work. I will continue to work with him in the future.
