I did not receive what I paid for.

I purchased what was suppose to be 2 continuous 4x8 sheets of their UV marble sheets for $350. What I recieved was 2- 9ft pieces that sell for $98.00 each. When I contacted them they said that I would have to cut it to 8ft and match the pattern myself. This is not what I paid for. After many calls, many that were not returned they offered me a $60.00 refund. That was over a week ago and I still have not recieved my refund. I called them yesterday to inquire about the refund and they said they would get back to me , they have not. I realise that $60.00 does not make it right for what I paid for these panels but I was willing to let it go.

You don't want to buy anything online…

You don't want to buy anything online with Swan Canada. The content in the box I received was all broken. No customer service. No way to return the product because no one is responding to your email (all inbox were verified).

The packaging was horrible.
Save your money and go somewhere else!
