James was fantastic from start to finish. They visited my rehabilitation client’s property due to a mouse who had left droppings over the weekend. James understood my clients disability and took the time to engage and listen. James found the issue and promptly reported their findings back to us. I could not recommend James highly enough. He really took the time to analyse the issue and how it might affect my client in a prompt and sympathetic manner. I don’t usually write reviews but this review is fully deserved.

We were really impressed with James the pest control technician from this company. He has a great knowledge of wood boring insects etc & was able to figure what our particular complex issue was & suggest some practical ways forward. His survey report was really detailed & thorough. He was totally professional, down to earth & he took time to explain & really put our minds at ease which was great as we'd been very worried about what damage is being done by insects to our house timbers. We totally recommend this company & the excellent service they offer across the Swale area!

Had issues with squirrels in my loft. James was fantastic and identified the entry point right away. He also laid down traps and came back as soon as they went off which on this occasion was multiple times but it was no bother for him. He also kindly let me keep the traps in the loft while a roofer fixed the hole we had. Can’t praise the service and professionalism enough, James is great! Highly recommend.

I contacted Swale Pest Control regarding what I thought was a wasp nest problem in my shrub border at the side of the house. James arrived to deal with the problem and after investigation he informed me that it was a European Hornets nest. James safely and expertly removed the established entire nest which was approximately the size of a football. His advice and knowledge was excellent and I would definitely use Swale Pest control again in the future, should I require their services. A big thank you to James for getting rid of the hornets nest!

Efficient, professional and speedy service, James arrived less than an hour after my call regarding suspected wasps in my loft. He was very knowledgeable and undertook a thorough inspection of my loft to determine that I was dealing with honey bees that had likely swarmed and that no nest was present. James went above and beyond to make sure we had no more issues. He was so friendly and shared so much knowledge. He took so much time to reassure us and answer any questions we had. I’ll never go to any other pest control company as James was so great!

Excellent service from the first call where I was advised about cost and given advice to when James came to treat the wasps nest and remove it. Really appreciate the quick response to solve the problem which was in my extractor fan in the kitchen which was tricky to start with! Thank you

Unfortunately i managed to get a break out of bed bugs in my daughters room. I phoned Swale Pest Control and spoke to there office who were very helpful and informative.I arranged with them a visit from James who arrived on time and talked me through how it was going to be done,and some details about the bugs and how they live.He was very respectful of my property and done a fantastic job of spraying all areas needed and gave me recommendations for his follow up visit. He came today as planned and had a complete recheck of the room and a respray .He took the bed apart for me and rechecked all the nooks and crannies where they could be. Luckily for me it looked all ok and James was happy as well. James let me know what to do next letting the room dry out etc and when to start putting bits back in. He gave me piece of mind as well saying if i need anything else please dont hesitate to ring back....Overall i received excellent help from them and would definatly recommend them for a professional,thorough,friendly service.
