You never sent me my scooter I needed it very badly because I am disabled you never refunded my money this goes back all the way from September the 21st of 2025 I think you guys need to be shut down and I'm going to do everything on my power to warn everybody about your companies.
The scooter I bought stopped working within 6 months after minimal use. I’ve emailed customer service multiple times with no response. Their website chat won’t even load. I’m guessing they’re offloading as much of their product during the holiday season before folding.
Swagtron has been non-responsive to provide customer service assistance in regard to a repair that was done to my E5 Bike of which it is still having issues with the Battery and the connection. The Customer Service Number is not in order, A certified letter, multiple emails and messages via the website (over 20) has been and have been ignored. This has been ongoing since April 2024 and we are currenly in December 2024.
Hoverboard didn't work when we received it and unable to contact anyone to get it replaced. Waste of money!

Sent me 1 good board and 1 junk one. Been trying to reach customer service since delivery and have been completely ghosted. Was happy with the first one i bought but i guess if you want to make sure you dont get ripped off buy from a 3rd party. Never buying from this company again probably just throw the 2 ng3s i bought out
Checkout form is not functioning correctly. Difficult to enter credit card info and "Place Order" button cannot be clicked. The only way I was able to checkout was by using the keyboard and tabbing through the fields until it made it to the button.
I can not begin to explain the wretched customer service experienced with Swagtron. I am out $370 and I have never got a chance to enjoy my purchase.
I bought a Swagcycle and it did not work. I had to spend countless hours on the phone to get swagtron to agree to send me a new bike. I had to wait 5 weeks for a new bike and upon arrival the new bike was missing pieces and did not work. Again I had a hard time with the customer service and after an unreasonable amount of going back and forth with the company, I got sent a third bike which worked for 2 days and then would not hold a charge. I have been sending phone calls and emails and the company has blatantly ignored me. I have had this brick of a bike in my house taking up space with no way of getting my money back or having the bike fixed. Do not buy from Swagtron.
ordering was painful. I tried on my cell phone and trying to add info to the cart wasn't working well so I changed and tried on out laptop which was better until trying to add my credit card info which wouldn't let me "place order" I could not see any mistakes so I just hit enter (vs clicking the place order button) the system paused then eventually came back with an "order received" message.
Our son has a Swagtron hoverboard and we really like it so we are ordering a second one for our daughter. If I was a new customer, I would have given up and bought a different brand on Amazon as the cart process was frustrating FYI
Bought a refurbished NG3 skateboard on 03/23/24. When received it did not work. Contacted support and tried to complete an RMA, (returned merchandise authorization) form. The RMA page does not let you complete the form. Tried two more times and it still does not work. There representatives cannot issue the RMA form, only online. Very poor company.
Customer support number is out of service, and when you contact them via the form online, no one gets back to you. I even tried to contat them via messenger via Facebook and searched Linked In for employees to try to reach out to. I did connect with one person via Linked In who shows as a Swagtron Employee and forwarded my concerns to someone at Swagtron but havent head back. I also let that person know that I have not heard back from anyone and he forwarded it to the CEO but still no luck. I am now going on the assumption they are closed for

I never complain about businesses, but I don’t want anyone else getting ripped off. I ordered a hoverboard in November for Christmas. My kids used it nonstop throughout January but it suddenly stopped working. We submitted a support request on their website and they gave us instructions to send it back for possible repair under warranty.
I got another email when it was received which said it was in the queue and I should wait 5 to 20 business days. I waited 20 business days and didn’t hear anything so I emailed asking for an update. I did not receive a response to that email or any other email I have sent since then at this point I assume they are keeping our Hoverboard and our money.
I ordered a hoverboard and never received any tracking info so after a few days I noticed they created an account for me. I logged in and find out they canceled my order. I never received any info about the cancelation. My son has been asking when is the hoverboard going to arrive and now I have to order something different. The communication and customer service at this company is AWFUL.
This company does not back their production. I purchased a Recertified – EB7 Elite Commuter, Folding E-Bike – Black (F109012VX_0B) which does not work, oh yes it works as long as the charger is plugged up, without it its just large paperweight. I reached out to them for assistance almost a month ago and I have not been contacted as of yet. I did receive an automatic reply that states that they did receive my complaint.
We bought a swagtron hoverboard directly from Swagtron for our daughter for Christmas. The lights on it stopped working a couple weeks later. We contacted Swagtron and they said we could send it in to be repaired since it was still under warranty. We sent it back, have confirmation they received it but it’s now been almost 3 months and we still don’t have it back (they said it would take a couple weeks). My husband has emailed numerous times but we get no response. So frustrating! This was the top gift she wanted and she only got to use it a short time and Swagtron hasn’t sent us back the hoverboard, offered a refund or communicated with us on what is going on with the status. Not sure where else to turn bc they won’t respond at all.
This company and their products are crap. The customer service number is disconnected, I have emailed them 4 times and never received a reply. I purchased 2 Swagger 5 scooters, when I opened the box and took them out, on one of them the back wheel brake disc was completely bent. The other one will get up exactly 11.0MPH and will not go any faster. I've wasted $600 bucks on this crap product. People wanna preach that buying USA is better, no its not, overpriced, crappy products and poor customer service. Someone should start a class action lawsuit against this company by reading all of these comments.

I checked this product which my friend bought and i could say this was Beast in handling rough terrain and I am excited to try it along with a Go-kart.
