Very poor experience.
Delivery was too late so couldn’t wear the item for the event. Had to email to request a refund, said a fascinator is non refundable even if in an unopened box.
Very disappointed with their AI generated email responses. Not interested in the customer. Won’t buy from them again.

Do not touch this company with a bargepole! They are refusing to give me a refund on a fascinator ordered online. Its still in its box with all the tags. It's of no use to me as it does not match my outfit. It was for my son's wedding and this experience has left me upset and angry.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased two fascinators. I chose the one that looked best and tried to return the other only to be told that fascinators are none refundable due to contact with hair product's. There is nothing in the return policy regarding fascinators. Awful. Awful company

Lovely fascinator purchased but unfortunately wrong shade - difficult to ascertain shades over internet. Had to email for return info, to be told only can return if faulty. On Debenhams website stated that could be returned within 28 days with exceptions. Click exceptions it says face masks, cosmetics etc, ie items with intimate personal contact cannot be refunded. We are talking about a posh hair slide. I’ve not released any bodily fluids on it or even breathed on it, it is not mentioned in the exceptions at all. It’s ridiculous that it cannot be returned & having read all exceptions before I ordered it, was not expecting to be not able to return.
I very very rarely write poor review for anything & would give 0 stars apart from the fact the customer service responses are prompt & polite, even though they don’t read their own terms and conditions carefully, or emails sent.

Excellent seller, had a problem and they remedied it straight away. The bag and purse were excellent quality. Would recommend

Dreadful cheap tatty jewellery that discolours after one wear !!!!! Absolutely awful, you should not be allowed to sell such rubbish !!! Turned my skin green within 24 hours yuk

Cheap Plastic tat! disappointing you cannot return them even when they are totally poor quality. Don't waste your money!

Terrible Company that provided a faulty, badly stitched crossbody bag, and made a false claim that the item has been refunded, when this was NOT the case. Paypal have had to escalate a claim for a refund.
Awful customer service, Avoid!
