I would like to give this despite a…

I would like to give this despite a quick customer response. I ordered stuff after an ad on Instagram in October and got the product only after following up a few times several weeks later(never received confirmation email after order placement). When I receive the fit and quality wasn’t up to mark and they weren’t really good with returns and offered different options to partial refund but never paid me anything for weeks now. I’m totally disappointed, please don’t fall for the scam

Made in China

I ordered two products for 870 sek from a company which pretends to be in Stockholm.
The products arrive from China after 3-4 weeks, shity quality, fail size, fail description. They try to bargain me first with 10%discount to keep the products, otherwise i need to pay for the return to China which is 220sek. Then they try to bargain me with 20%discount, then 30%, then 40%.
What does it say from this company? This is fraud. All swedish online shopping sites offer return label with a reasonable price. They want to steal customers money!
