Great quality product, lovely prints. Takes a long time to arrive (just over 2 weeks) not a complaint as they come from a long way from the UK but it would have been good to know this in advance.

Amazing Customer Service
Ordered some XL tees in May but they were a bit too big on me. Rather than send them back as they looked really great I gave them to a mate for free. Ordered some L so I could have my own. Unfortunately Evri screwed up the delivery - delivering to the wrong address and after no answer proceeded to leave the items in the street. Suzushii have been brilliant. They’ve honoured the order and have agreed as a one off to re-supply the tees. Thank you so much. Your customer service is as good as your tees -amazing!

I’ve been seeing ads for this company and decided to jump on the 3 shirt deal. Blown away by the quality of the shirts. Heavy weight but in a good way and quality of the graphics is everything they advertise. These will last and will be coming back to order

High quality but with sizing Issues
The quality of the t-shirts is high. However, it seems the company is avoidant to returns due to the extended shipping from China (anywhere between 11-14 days from order!) So take the “30 day easy returns” quoted on website with a pinch of salt. After ordering size large and finding them to be very oversized I contacted Suzushii and was offered instead to keep them and place a new order with discount for a different size. They were quite quick to respond which is a positive.
Anyway, a new order was placed and I patiently waited another couple of weeks for them to arrive. The medium arrived and lo’ and behold. Small and tight around chest.
It is such a shame as the prints are A+ and the designs are stellar. Quality cotton etc. hence 3 stars.
Rather than bother with a costly return they have all ended up on Vinted as a last ditch effort to recoup my losses.
If you are into the oversized look then maybe you’ll be alright. Just don’t expect a regular fit!
If I was Suzushii I would have separate sizing for men and woman. I feel the unisex will always result in a high return request rate. Would also allow for smaller jumps in size!

Fine quality of material, print and weight of the T-shirts
Omg, I have always researched for quality T-shirts and have bought dozens and dozens of different styles and brands. Go for it... Great Designs
Always a little cautious when I see clothes adds on Facebook for a brand I have not used before but they are so good I placed a second order.
The t-shirts have a good weight to them, thicker material and keep their shape. Print method means the image is not sitting on top and liable to peel or flake.
A good range of images and designs which really pop.
Make sure you follow the washing and care guide to keep them looking great.

Good Quantity T Shirts
These T Shirts that I ordered are of good quality.
I initially had an issue with customer services not replying. But eventually we got it sorted and they have since been helpful.
I would check sizing as they do come up big. So if you are a normal medium I’d probably go for small for a more fitted look.

Great customer service
I had an issue with the sizing of part of my order, as some measurements did not match what was listed on the website. After contacting customer support and providing photos and measurements, the team reviewed the case carefully and offered a fair solution.
They sent a replacement free of charge for the affected item and also provided a partial refund for the others. Communication was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process.
