Outstanding from start to finish. The customer service was genuinely exceptional - friendly, responsive, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
The T-shirts are premium quality, the fabric feels far more expensive than the price suggests. You can tell a lot of care has gone into both the materials and the finish.
The designs are seriously cool too - unique, stylish, and something you don’t see everywhere. It’s refreshing to find a brand that combines great design with top-quality products and customer service that actually cares.
I wouldn’t hesitate to order again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for premium clothing with first-class service.

Good products, but logistics and communication should improve
Tee shirts are made from an Excellent quality cotton, printings seems to be also pretty good. There are 2 points that are preventing the 5 Stars. Sizes are "over" I'm used to XXL and I think that with Suzushii, XL would have been better. And there are no indication of that issue. (unless I missed them) and it tooks more than 3 weeks to deliver, which is also an issue that deserves a notice, especially when you order just before vacations !

Our tees might have a slightly oversized fit depending on the body type, and we provide measurements in our size guide, but your point about making that more obvious before ordering is a good one. Three weeks is also longer than the experience we aim to provide, especially when you're ordering around a vacation or specific date.

Delivery too long and not transparent
I placed my order on July 23rd, expecting it to arrive in time for a gift on July 30th. After following up multiple times, I discovered that it was being shipped from China, which meant it would never arrive on time. It's frustrating that there was no clear communication about delivery expectations, even in the follow-up email stating it had been dispatched. I really wish companies would be more transparent about these issues.

Good quality, but...
I am giving this review two stars, as I feel like their returns policy is very sneaky and they should be more upfront about it.
The pros - purchased three tshirts, actually really great quality. Material is solid, not lightweight (as in I don't think they will fall apart or lose shape anytime soon), graphics printed well. Very happy with the actual items.
The cons - their return policy is not great. Their website says:
Thank you for your purchase! We hope you love it, but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible.
The three items were much larger in size than the website indicated, so reached out to return them. They offered me three options:
- return the items, at my own cost, to their warehouse in China (sending this from Australia would likely be very expensive)
Because it is expensive to do this and, in their words, to
assist, they offered:
- that I keep the items (which were not the right size) and accept a 30% refund.
- that I purchase the items again (in the correct size), but get a 30% discount.
So, go ahead and purchase, but just be aware - you are basically stuck with the items if they don't fit.
I think that their return policy should be made MUCH clearer before you make the decision whether to purchase from them.
Overall - Items, good quality. Customer service, poor.

Great quality shirts
Great quality shirts, the print and the feels. Ive bought tons of t-shirts and none feel as soft and high quality as these. Highly recommend. Great and prompt customer service as well - I was able to update my shirts to a size large two days after placing original order, without any issues.
Edit: I still received the medium sized shirts after waiting for quite some time, unfortunately.
Second Edit: They reviewed the case rather quickly after I reached out and they are sending new replacements without having to return anything. No doubt I will continue to shop here, and still highly recommend.

Das warten lohnt sich aber. Die shirts sind wirklich in sehr guter fester Qualität. Auch die Drucks sehen nach mehrmaligen Waschen immer noch gut aus.
Ich hatte ein kleines Problem bei einem Shirt mit kleinen Löchern. Das Shirt wurde sofort getauscht.
Ich werde wieder bestellen.
🇬🇧 I would give 5 Stars if the shippment would be a little bit faster. But the wait is worth it.
The quality of the shirts is very good, evenso is the print. Also after several washings, the prints are still good in shape.
I had one shirt with a little issue with small holes, but i got a very friendly and fast replacement.
I will order again for sure.
