I purchased a custom reading pillow with my daughter’s name on it. The designs to choose from were amazing cartoon-like designs to look like my daughter. The pillow arrived and I was able to put the cover on the pillow and it was absolutely beautiful! The cover was soft and detailed and so pretty! My daughter loves it

Saw an ad from Google while swipe on the news and I click an the ad by Suzytee as features customize bag with pets prints on it. Browse the ad and pick a bag and adding the name of my wife along the names of our 6 cats hoping all is good and received it before X'mas. I do felt worried at first cause when making payments I realized the site is in USA but just keep the faith and hoping it arrived ASAP. Just as the time in Singapore hit 1700hrs on X'mas eve and about to get ready for dinner outing, bell rings and the package arrived at the doorstep and gave it straight to my wife and glad she love the surprised and the gift... End up late for our dinner as she gazing on the gift and love it a lot as it's customize with the names of our cats and her's as well.

I placed an order, received an email with the tracking number. However when I input the tracking number to track my order it says not found. I am in a panic mode because I cannot talk to a customer service rep regarding my order. I have sent several messages and have not received a response. Please help!!

Quality of product is good. Customer care follow up has also been good. Allow extra time to receive unless you pay for expedited shipping.

If I could give this company a “0” rating I would! Placed an $132.00 order for Posters on 3 December. It’s 25 December and have not received my order as of yet. No shipping tracking information can be found.. They were supposed to be Christmas gifts😕. Lines of communications is awful with this company!

It says the company is based out of Florida, but after ordering and digging deeper you realize its an overseas operation. The shipping service used is atrocious. I still have not received my order and I keep getting updates on tracking that say things like Thank you for waiting patience. Seriously?! I have no idea where my package is or even who carrier wise will finally deliver it. There will be no future orders from me.

The crossword was a gift. And he loved it. So nice and brings the names on it to life, bringing memories of the people on the crossword to life also. Very pretty colors. And the canvas is beautiful and sturdy. Thank you for making this for us.
