A thoroughly professional experience
I went to sell some jewellery left to me by our parents at the Victoria Street branch. Aliza Bahadur was extremely professional taking the time to explain the process as this was my first time there. She valued each of the items thoroughly giving a very fair price with absolutely no pressure to accept the price. For those items that were not of interest, Alize went above and beyond advising me on my options for those items. A wonderful, professional and fair experience. If I do have more jewellery to see, I will be back.

Well done but...
Firstly the female staff member, who welcomed me and dealt with my items for sale, was very courteous, efficient and informative about the process. so thank you.
My two quibbles are that 1) I wrote on line regarding an appointment and sent a photo of the items I was interested in selling and was assured that I would have a reply...none came.
2) I then phoned to enquire about making an appointment the young man who answered did not mention bringing identification.

Good service and prices offered but it is not the fastest service.
Good service and prices offered for loans and sales. There is a significant difference ifn the offers between their branches so it takes effort and time to shop around within same company. Also in the branch that I used a jewellery valuer wasn’t available on Saturday so it can take a few days to sell your items. Overall still a good service and I would use Suttons again.

Highly recommended for selling gold, platinum etc
Easy to send through information and get a quote. Clear instructions on following up for sale. Good spread of locations to get to. Good prices for selling precious metals versus other companies. Good service in person.
