Never received my order

I ordered a roller on the 28th January and I was told it would be delivered in 2-4 business days.
It’s now the 7th February and I still haven’t received my order and I’ve not had a reply to my email asking for an update.

I made a second purchase, no problems this time, and the item was sent quickly.
Overall, very happy with the service and the prices were slightly below other companies I looked at.
