Wish I could give no stars
Wish I could give no stars. Wedding bouquet sent to have preservation done. Something really important to me, spent hundreds of pounds as I wanted to keep this as a memory from my wedding day. Was told by Ronnie that I would receive my order in August last year. Never replied to me ever again.
Lost all my money I spent and lost my beautiful bouquet and will no longer have that keepsake from my wedding day that I had wanted.
So disappointing and saddened that someone could be so untrustworthy. Take your money and then never respond to you again.
Company seems to have closed now but let’s hope for everyone’s sake that she doesn’t open another business in another name. Avoid Ronni jones at all costs

Terrible company
Terrible company. My wife sent our wedding flowers off to suspended petals after finding them online, from what she posted it looked like a good idea at the time until…
We had no communication from Ronni throughout the process, she didn’t let us know when the flowers arrived, she didn’t keep us updated with how the flower were getting on, she didn’t let us know how long it would take to be sorted. We had to email her constantly asking for updates.
She told us it would take around 6 months to get the product back, however 6 months past and we heard nothing… when we managed to get hold of Ronni she said it would be a few more months due to the resin not setting. At this point we accepted this may happen so that’s fine. 3 more months past and we heard nothing again. She made up lie after lie.
We finally got the flowers back after a year of sending them off, when we got them back it was horrendous. The flowers were dead and mouldy, the resin looked like dark cloudy bubbly tap water. When we emailed Ronnie with our disappointment she got all defensive and said it’s normal. They definitely do not look normal, I would say it’s something an infant could knock up in art class in a couple of hours. We have asked for our money back as it’s clear she did not put any time or effort into making our flowers look good for a coasters, ring holder and heart. She is refusing to refund us… she even had the cheek to say she’d offer us 20% off our next order. LAUGHABLE
We’re so disappointed with the service and the product
PLEASE DO NOT USE!
Please do not trust your wedding memories to this company
If I can give any advice to anyone looking to have a keepsake from their wedding day, it would be to not use this company.
My daughter in law paid £700 for a product that is not fit for purpose it is only fit for the bin. I thought at first it was a joke and that this was a homemade attempt gone wrong, imagine my disbelief and utter disgust when I found out this was in actual fact a product that had cost my daughter in law £700. I think my 6 month old grandchildren could have done a better job.
Firstly the wedding was in Sept 2023, despite constant chasing (with dismissive replies) the order came in over a year later.
Each point raised to this company was met with an excuse, tried to tell us the flowers were not mouldy - they are, we can see with our own eyes, I could go on but all I can say is please do not trust this company with your precious memories.
I have read the reviews for this company with interest, many people saying the same as us, and the reply is nothing short of scandalous and defensive. Maybe a course in making resin keepsakes and customer service oh and also how to answer complaints correctly would go a long way.
You would think that with the amount of disappointed customers that it may mean the common denominator here is the awful product and that when you produce a product that is not fit for purpose that you should refund people their money.
Please dont reply with the same excuses you have to the emails sent - we can see with our own eyes, mouldy, scrunched up, brown flowers in a bubbly resin.
I would also suggest maybe putting pictures of the creations you made for my daughter in law on your website and social media so people can see a true reflection of the type of product they will receive.
Never place an order
I placed my order with Ronni and after getting numerous excuses as to where my order was, it eventually turned up. WOW, what a disappointment, i was devastated after spending nearly £700. The resins i ordered of my wedding bouquet flowers looked nothing like they do on Ronni’s social media sites, i have my doubts as to weather its her work at all, that she is advertising as her own. No thought or presentation had gone into the placement of the petals/flowers and the resins seemed cloudy, also the flowers were dead. How Ronni has the nerve to send out an order in that state, i will never know, she clearly has no conscience, and is only in it for the money. On top of that, when i asked for a refund, Ronni refused and had the cheek/nerve to offer me 20% off further orders😂. Needless to say, i will not be taking her up on her kind offer, and i urge anyone else thinking of placing an order with her, not too, just check out her google/trustpilot reviews.
Please avoid ordering anything AVOID AT ALL COSTSfrom…
Please avoid ordering anything from Ronni of Suspended Petals. My daughter placed an order with her and the quality/workmanship of the order that eventually turned up was appalling and not worth a couple of quid, let alone the near £1000 that was spent with her. If only Ronni put the amount of time and effort into her work, than she does with trying to defend her poor quality workmanship through e-mail exchanges with my daughter, and also other bad google/trustpilot reviews, (she always seems to have a lot to say for herself) then the products would be half decent. Please don’t be fooled and make the same mistake as my daughter, because the products you will get back, will be nothing like what she is advertising on her website. If i could of given her no stars, i would of, but unfortunately it won’t let me.
Absolutely horrendous experience…
*As expected: a slanderous, hypocritical and inaccurate retort. I never received any emails from this company in December and January. When I asked for evidence of emails sent, having checked spam etc, they were never re-sent or shared. I have yet to see evidence of where I was rude or inaccurate. At no point was there any contact to say the flowers were definitely too fragile to repaint or where the company suggested a way in which the remaining flowers or remnants could be best presented. The greed for money has over-ridden all integrity and pride in one's work. I'd have happily accepted it if I were told, "Sorry, I just won't be able to do anything worthwhile with these". The flowers were just dumped into a box frame and sent back. I will decease further edits now as I intend to follow a legal pathway for a full refund.
More fool me for not questioning the decency of a company that has a 2.9* Google review rating and a 3.2 rating on Trust Pilot. Please see Google review where I will happily post screenshots of all communication with this company and where it will be abundantly clear that my discourse and communication was nothing but formal, empathetic and professional. If the common complaint is the same as mine, then, it is clear that the issue is with the company and the same company is deflecting by slandering my character which I will not accept especially after wasting £300. I refuse to communicate directly with Suspended Petals because of the sheer aggression of the rhetoric - evidenced in their response. I was very clear from the outset that I didn't know if the flowers were salvageable. I paid the deposit to cover the cost of checking viability and was clear that I understood they may not be usable. There was a total gap in communication between paying my deposit in Nov 2023 when it was confirmed that the package received was indeed mine - there was return to sender information stuck on the back. Then, she confirmed, as feared that they may not be salvageable but had kindly dried the flowers to see how they'd turn out. She then said that she would paint the flowers to bring up the colours. Then, there was no contact to confirm that my choices for preservation were viable until I chased in February. Which is why the invoice was only issued much later on. The company doesn't seem to understand that it is their job to manage their services and their clients who are paying good money. At no point did I get a call or communication from the company unless it was in response to a query issued by me or an invoice. I understandably raised a concern about the lack of communication. I also was surprised at the level of negativity being generated towards paying clients on social media and in response to reviews. The fault always seems to be that of others despite the complaints being virtually identical. I went with this company to support a woman and a mother in business, but have sadly, be left short and deeply upset about how I've been characterised and treated. ***
Absolutely horrendous experience dealing with this vendor. Then, after waiting over a year (almost 14 months) we can't possibly show or display what she sent to us Zero care. Zero personal touch. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
Cue: lengthy defensive response below.
If Ronni did a great job and actually ran the business with the care and attention that such sentimental keepsakes demand, she wouldn't have to spend so much time writing lengthy, defensive responses.
The level of neglect and carelessness with which she approached our order reflects the many other negative reviews.
We can't all be wrong.
Save. Your. Money.

Excellent products and service! 5*s
My wife’s wedding bouquet flowers have been beautifully preserved in a picture frame creating our married name as well as a charm which she can wear everyday.
The process was very clear and easy, it was nice to have the flexibility to chose what we wanted after sending the flowers.
We were kept informed throughout the process and the items were shipped quickly and well packaged once ready.
It is a long wait, but it is very, very much worth it!!!

Slightly disappointed with product
Good customer service, fast replies, knew exactly what I needed to do after the wedding.
I am not sure whether my flowers didn't travel well, or it was something else, but my items all look very yellow, which I don't feel represents my bouquet.
There are also bubbles in the resin, and the coasters are not even, some of the top has a sharp edge and some is rounded out (not sharp one side and round the other, different on one side of the coaster).
For the money I am a little disappointed.

Disappointing
Super happy to have my wedding bouquet back. I did find the lack of communication a little concerning as this has taken slightly longer than I hoped for, but I can appreciate its a time consuming job.
I'm also very upset by the final coat; I have a hair in the final layer which unfortunately is quite noticeable as its dark. And the final layer also holds many tiny bubbles so it almost looks foggy.
Such a shame to have paid so much for the final product to have quite a few large bubbles, a hair and a foggy look to it.
I'll be getting in touch for a chat
EDIT: As mentioned above, I had all intentions of getting in touch for a chat with you :) I only left a review, ironically, because it was the only automated email I received from you (unlike any updates throughout the process. But as we discussed, neither of us can seem to explain why I didn't receive any of those, despite checking my spam. Perhaps this is something that needs to be looked into as you mentioned on 6th November 2023 that this is an issue that you are aware of?)
Regarding the length of time, perhaps I should have clarified a bit more :) I was fully aware and prepared to wait a whole year for my piece - even thought it could be a nice anniversary present! My issue was that it was only concerning due to the lack of communication, so to be waiting 7 months with no updates was a little worrying; and to only receive the email on the 3rd letting me know it's arriving the next day. Unfortunately I was on the other side of the world at the time, otherwise I would have collected it sooner.
Further, I'm unsure how I missed the automated email stating my flowers were dry on the 28th July, as I didn't even get married until the 31th August 😅 and the flowers were hand delivered to you on the 4th September if I remember correctly
Regarding the issues I mentioned, that certainly is odd, as you agreed with me in email conversation an hour prior to your review response below that you could see the issues in the images provided 🤔 but again to clarify, I did not say the entire piece had a foggy look to it but perhaps you misunderstood my meaning. Where the piece has tiny bubbles on the final layer is where it gives the appearance of a foggy look DUE to the tiny the bubbles. I was not saying the resin itself is foggy, just the amount of small bubbles gives the affected areas a foggy appearance.
I do appreciate the offer of refunding the cost of shipment after I have paid to return my piece to you, but I will be passing my flowers on to a trusted local resin artist who has kindly offered to fix it as I've lost faith since our email exchange. Although now checking out other reviews, it's reassuring to know that you have been equally defensive and hostile to other clients too.
I do apologise for providing you a less savoury review Ronni, as I would have settled on the item had the final layer had more care, despite even further issues I had not mentioned (as the further large bubbles and issues are much deeper and unresolvable) but my issues are fair
EDIT 2: Not to worry Ronni, I'm only editing typos I left :) but at least i have left the earler versions of my updates, unlike yours below which has conveiently changed the narrative. But yes I did change my stars from a 3 to a 1 after our poor exchange. I have not provided images of the full piece as you have these yourself, and I'm afraid a "full image" does not detail the issues that can be seen in the top layer, which can be seen in the close up images, so I don't believe a full image will achieve anything at this point. I have full faith that my issues will be addressed properly elsewhere.

Over promised and under delivered
We originally placed the order after my daughter’s wedding in June 2023. We decided to use this company after looking at social media, reviewing the website and speaking to Ronni directly. After the drying process we received an email to say the bouquet had taken well and there were plenty of flowers to work with. We spoke to Ronni directly and having suffered the loss of a close family member we disclosed the importance of the roses within the bouquet and we were assured “there would be plenty for the pieces ordered”. After several chasing-up emails months down the line, I received a confirmation email 18/12/2023 to say the order would be posted out at the end of January 2024 (it wasn’t) After chasing up again, Ronni then disclosed via email 02/02/2024 that she had “miss read our order” and failed to make a piece? .. all very exasperating.
Finally, we received the order at the end of April 2024 and one piece was so very poor, marks and flaws, and no rose enclosed, significantly low grade. When speaking to Ronni she was defensive and unapologetic. We returned that item, to be honest we could have returned three other pieces that on closer inspection were poor. Non of the pieces reflect what Suspended Petals show on their social media and website. Needless to say non of the pieces we received have been added to their Instagram.
The service has been abysmal.
The products have not met our expectations as advertised on social medial and the website.
Buyer beware.

Truly disappointing experience.
Truly disappointing experience.
A year after sending our flowers to Ronni and trusting that they would be beautifully preserved we only have 3 of 5 pieces ordered with 2 pieces missing and the pieces received only of ok quality.
After sending the flowers to Ronni in April 2023 we initially received the pieces in December 2023 but each piece had numerous issues and these were sent back for repair after Ronni acknowledged that they were not good quality.
Months later after chasing numerous times we have only received 3 items back and these still contain bubbles, rough edges and dull looking flowers. A dispute as to the whereabouts of the remaining pieces is currently in place. We had clearly stated all pieces has issues so it is obvious that all would have been sent back for repair. This is obviously heartbreaking as there is nothing we can do to replace the flowers used at the wedding.
Throughout the process we have had to ask for numerous updates and chase and have received defensive emails. We really wanted to support a small business but we made the wrong decision here. We previously used a different preservation company and the piece made then was beautiful and the experience lovely, which just makes this more upsetting as we know what it could have been like.

I met Ronni at a wedding fair February…
I met Ronni at a wedding fair February 2022, not long after my lovely dad passed away and my friend who came to wedding fair with me suggested I take dads funeral flowers to Ronni to create a keepsake we could have at our wedding.Living locally meant i could work with Ronni to create a lovely design and layout, chosing the perfect flowers as some dry better than others and colour's can change once dried,Ronni was so patient with me and kept me informed along the way,I hadn't appreciated the work and time involved in creating these pieces, but it was worth it, i'm thrilled with my keepsake and it took pride of place at our wedding, being on the ceremony table while we got married, on our top table while we had our meal and gave our speeches and on our cake table while we cut the cake and had our first dance,Ronni is now working on my wedding bouquet.

We’re so happy with our items, the perfect memory of our big day! Update emails were sent throughout as to where our items were in the process and the quality of the items are excellent - you can tell how much effort went into them!

I was quite disappointed with the number of flowers in the item (5) and one was a different colour to the original flowers sent
I expected to see more flowers in the item

From beginning to end I was kept informed about exactly what was happening.
It is a slow process but the end product is definitely worth the wait.

Communication is key…
After giving Ronnie my Dads funeral flowers in March 2023 and receiving them back in November 2023, do I think this a reasonable time scale, No.
As stated on the website “we will email updates at each stage of the process” I don’t believe this was the case. I had to ask numerous times how my order was getting on, to be told each time, I’m starting your order next week. After many emails / WhatsApp’s back and forth I finally received a tracking number and it was going to be posted the next day. If I hadn’t of asked where my order was I do not believe I would have received it yet.
Obviously with something with such sentimental value I do think there could have been more communication so I wasn’t left wondering what is happening.
I paid in full with my instructions as asked for and unfortunately I do not believe that the quality of what arrived was reflected in the price that I paid.
I understand there are terms and conditions however I do believe things could have been managed better.
Glad to have my order home although it was a very bitter sweet moment.
If I’d of seen these reviews before hand would I have continued to order, No.
