Like another customer that posted on this site, I purchased the paper clip necklace and it tarnished after several months. The company did not offer to replace it or fix it. This is ridiculous for a necklace that is over $100 very disappointed in the quality and the customer service
Purchased a gold plated paperclip necklace in December and three months later it showed signs of tarnishing. It did not get wet or near any moisture. Online warranty stated the item is warranted for 12 months. I contacted Susan Shaw with receipt and pictures and was told they can not replace anything after 60 days from purchase..Do not purchase from Susan Shaw as they do not fully stand by their products..!
