Surveytime 

The exchange request I submitted to PayPal on October 24th took quite a while to complete, and because the amount was quite large, I sent an inquiry email every day. Although I didn't receive a reply, the exchange was successfully completed via PayPal on the 28th.
The $5 exchange request I submitted on the 26th has not been completed yet, and I'm a little worried if it will be processed properly, but I'm glad the large one was completed safely.
For those whose transfers are not being processed, I think they will respond if you send an inquiry without giving up! Don't give up!

To register is very easy , but when you want to delete the account it's not possible. Even when you want to unsubscribe the emails it's not possible...

I spent whole month of every day trying to fill the surveys till I did not found out that there is no payment method for transfering my earnings for my country !!!! Unbelievable!!! You work hard like a slavery for nothing and if you don't click on the button cash out you will never know ...

They gave me a plenty of surveys ,but I was able to fill only 2 or 3. One of them was from the politicians. When I told the truth , spent 10 minutes with filling the survey where were open questions they decided they dislike my answers and did not give me any payment only Thank You for filling completely the survey ..very nice..you spent your expensive time for nothing...

Why I cannot delete this useless account, all my data and unsubscribe from the emails ??? The company is from Ireland as the website address is showing ...very bad ..

I completed a survey on October, 20, 2025 and was promised a €5 PayPal payment.
I never received the payment, and customer support hasn’t replied to my messages.
This is disappointing and unprofessional.

At first, I was worried my redemption will be ignored, like few survey app thats been pending payment for months, namely Make Money!. This is because Surveytime will instantly pay up thru Paypal once point redeemed. It's a relief they paid & took 5 days for me. Anyway, thank you. But why though?

PayPal payments has been pending for a week, then it's updated as failed transaction, and this happened 2 times, and you email them and never reply back with any reason! They used to pay but seems not any more, not recommended to waste your time

After waiting a long time to send my ID verification as the website and app has not been allowing me to send my ID I got paid they said 48hrs and sent 0.01 dollar, it got passed 48hrs and after 5 days they said it failed. I did a withdrawal again and after 3 days I finally got paid. It has issues but it does pay

Would give them a zero if I could. Horrible scam site. Imagine you have to find their support e-mail, which isn't valid, by searching for it. It's not on their site. Made 5 bucks, cashed and waited as I always do. Not going to do more than the min if I'm going to get scammed. Low and behold. Scammed. Heads up, pass on by.

After 1 year waiting for their payment, finally got over their 2 points verification and they paid me 0.01 USD through PayPal, balance of 5.81999 will be credited in 48hrs, pending verification. Than an hour later sent a Email stating Our payment service encountered an issue with your payment and, unfortunately, was unable to process it. Why need photo of ID front and back, feel like been scam🤔🤔🤔

Can't redeem my balance to my PayPal account

Its been a week since i cashout on Surveytime. After my money did not went through they are keep saying me that my money has returned to my account which is not true. It keeps showing me pending without showing me anything else.

The reward arrived today, just two days after the redeeming request. I'm happy because not only can we earn from them, but opening surveys on Neobux.com also gives us 70 cents. It's true there's a lower chance of qualifying to earn, but when we do, the rewards are greater.

They claim to pay $1 per survey, but some surveys pay less than that. Before I could even reach the $5 payout threshold, I lost access to my profile. Luckily, I realized in time and avoided falling for their fraudulent scheme.

Total scam. Lots of completed surveys are not accounted for and they do not pay making up excuses.

FULL SCAM PAYMENT PENDING WITH NO REASON LOL

They are scammers. I reached the threshold for withdrawal and input my lightning address only to say it is incorrect address. My lightning address is what I have been using on other websites and it is even one of the suggested apps that I used. Please don't register with them. You work for free and no payment. Fraudulent, scammers

Spend more than 30 minutes on a survey, completed and submitted successfully and nothing has been beed added to my balance.

maybe one survey per week and when that happens you spend 30 minutes on it and when you finish it crashes on their homepage (maybe on purpose) infinite loading and suprise suprise no reward credited. no support to contact either so i would def avoid it
