Though we try our best to pre-qualify you for all surveys, there's always a possibility that you are deemed 'not a match' should you not fit the exact criteria our partners are looking for. Also, when a survey invite goes out, it can attract more Branded Surveys Members than originally planned and they fill up really quickly.
To report any future survey issues, use our "Report Issue" tool. This allows our team specialists to review the survey and credit you with the points you deserve, especially on ones that you've invested a lot of time in or encounter issues halfway/tail-end of the survey. Here's how:
1. Go to 'My Points' on your dashboard (bottom right 'more' button for mobile).
2. Scroll down and click 'Report Issue.'
3. Choose 'Report Issue' next to the specific survey.
Definitely give Branded Surveys your opinions because they are "Excellent!"
Branded Surveys is definitely one of the best survey companies out there! They are responsive every time I make contact for one thing or another and are very fair when it comes to point resolution, if ever that's on the table for any reason. Payouts are easy and quick. Great service across the board!

far better survey companies that pay…
far better survey companies that pay better such as Maru-Canada. Branded surveys crash often, has many technical errors. makes you spend alot of effort to answer questions and then says you dont qualify. When i report the technical error and they fix it, i rarely get the points back for my time and you never get credit for the survey. when you send an email you get the standard one back.
When it works it is good but there is lots of improvements for this to get more then 2 stars.

Not attractive rewards anymore
There is a section of higher payment surveys. I used to participate in those. That section doesn’t have surveys anymore so I’m not using Branded Surveys anymore. I cashed out and left

The one thing I would say that wouldn't let me give 5 stars was the wait time for a payout that was never mentioned I'm the ad I saw for taking the surveys. I had to wait almost 48 hours for my payout

Giving only a couple Disappointed of points after…
Giving only a couple of points after wasting the time on a long survey because while doing the survey, and you decided near the end that a person doesn't qualify because a person doesn't agree with the sponsors or give you the answers that they are seeking. You should give me a minimum of half of the points due to the time I actually spent when you kick anyone out of the survey. It's very disappointing.

Too many surveys are not scrutinised…
Too many surveys are not scrutinised for errors including :
Freezing when you are 80% completed ;
Finishing one survey and another starts without awarding points ( very frequently);
Reviewers are not always clear about the issues reported ;
Far too many surveys do not award the points that they offer ;
I have been a gold member for several years and take the surveys I complete very seriously with honest and objective answers .
