Really good communication. Survey discussed at length, never made to feel silly if I didn’t understand something and helped with additional sourcing of specialist surveyors. Highly recommend. Have used twice now.

Above and beyond
Jessica went above and beyond and gave us such a detailed extensive survey. One of the best ones I have had. Would recommend them and I will use them again should I need to.

Jessica was great with our Level 2 House Survey. She was friendly, professional and highly knowledgable. The Report given was very detailed and easy to follow. Would definitely recommend. :)

Survey on proposed 1960’s bungalow purchase.
Jess did a very detailed level 2 survey and found several major problems which required deeper investigation including missing lintels, poorly fitted replacement windows and damp on inside walls. On two viewings we hadn’t spotted any of these so were ready to go ahead and buy.
We had a builder inspect and estimate repair times and prices and we put another offer in substantially lower which was accepted by the vendor.
Always get a survey done before progressing on a purchase.
