I’ve worked with Surprise Tourism for several group trips. Most recently, they coordinated our 6-day trip to Iceland. Not only did they include all the top attractions and activities included, but also local hidden gems. They ensured we were assigned the most professional, knowledgeable and experienced tour guide and driver. We were extremely pleased. Most importantly, we felt safe in their hands and trusted everything they suggested/altered, given the volatile weather.

We had a wonderful half-day Dubai city tour with our guide, Saad Aka Sam. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely nice. He explained everything clearly and made the tour both enjoyable and informative. We truly appreciated his professionalism and warm attitude. Highly recommended!

Our tour guide Saad is extremely knowledgeable regarding the country, culture, and history. He was patient and always made sure we were given the best price when purchasing anything. He was also the best photographer a girl could ever ask for 😀

11/2-11/7, 2025: I've had a pleasure of working with Mr. Saad or known as Sam and the driver Mr. Atta for driving us to these beautiful places. My mom and I had him as our tour guide in Abu Dhabi, city tour in DXB and Souqs around Dubai area. He is very accommodating, prompt in time, and willing to take pictures and take us to the places that weren't even in the itenerary. He went above and beyond to give us the beauty of the city of Dubai. He was also great that he takes time to make us a Tiktok video compilation of all the pictures and places that we went to. He also knows some perfect photo spots to capture photos and help us bargain to the souqs. Highly recommend this guy to everybody who is planning to visit Dubai. The whole Surprise Tourism LLC literally surprised us with a very welcoming tour and experience in Dubai. I will be back again for sure!

My trip to Dubai was planned in less than 3 months and the team was very accommodating. They worked with me to suit my budget and planned an exciting trip that me and my family can't stop speaking about. From the airport pick up, to all the activities and drop off, they were on point and on time. Our Tour Guide Sam was phenomenal, he is not just very knowledgeable, but kind and friendly. Dubai and Abu Dhabi

Airport transfers were on time and the excursions were amazing.

We had the Dubai City tour with Hussein that included a visit to Al Bastakiya area and Gold and Spices Souk. He was very knowledgeable and did an excellent tour.

We experienced the stunning views during our Marina Dhow Cruise and the thrill of the Desert Safari. The Safari included buffet, tea/coffee/soda, short camel ride, belly dancer, fire shows and more... It was absolutely amazing!

Our only concern was about communication with the pick up as Dubai has a lot of traffic and pick up was delayed a few times. The issue was later better assisted.

We really had a wonderful time!

Sam went way above anything I've ever seen from a tour guide. Very knowledgeable about the cites cultures, laws, history and various languages. Also our personal barter master.

We recently visited Dubai and had the pleasure of having Saad (aka Sam) as our guide. He was amazing, very knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience.

Saad gave us great advice and recommendations on where to shop at the Dubai Gold and Spice Souks, and he made sure we were properly dressed for our visit to the Sheikh Zayed Mosque. His attention to detail and care made our trip both smooth and memorable.

We did the Classic Dubai City Tour, which included a drive through the beautiful residential areas of Jumeirah, a stop at the Jumeirah Mosque, a visit to the Al Bastakiya area, and an Abra ride across Dubai Creek to explore the Gold and Spice Souks. We also visited Abu Dhabi Corniche, Marina Mall, Heritage Village, and ended our day at the stunning Louvre Abu Dhabi.

Throughout the tour, Saad shared insights about local culture and customs and happily answered all our questions. His passion for his work and for Dubai really made this tour special.

I highly recommend Saad to anyone visiting Dubai. He made our trip truly unforgettable!

My first time in Dubai with an about 30 friends and family members. We booked a multi-day private excursion package and had Sam as our tour guide. He showed us a wonderful experience from beginning to end.
He clearly communicated and was on time and patient with us every day and made sure everything ran smoothly. He handle our group very well he related to us all and so very nice. He’s top tier!!!
