VPN Blocking access.
More and more sites recognise traffic is coming from a virtual network and block access which reduces the value of a VPN. I find I'm using it less for this reason. As the cost is reasonably low I'll probably stick with it for now.

I 've been a paying for the service for 4 years.
Reliable and dependable VPN service. Surfshark offers a wide range of servers, which makes it easy to find a stable connection in most situations. I was even able to use it in a country with strong firewall restrictions, although only on a limited number of servers.
Customer support is quick to respond and readily available when needed, which adds to the overall reliability of the service.

immediate internet disconnection
I purchased a 27-month subscription to this VPN. After testing it on all three of my computers using every possible method—including the VPN's website application, the "credential" version for open VPNs, and the built-in Windows VPN—never connected to the VPN servers correctly. Every attempt to connect to the servers resulted in an immediate internet disconnection. Now, I can only access my account on this VPN website by using a free VPN.

Surfshark VPN double charged me for a single transaction. When I reached out to them they would not cancel my payment but insist on giving me the runaround instead.

After recent updates my two android…
After recent updates my two android phones (one android 16 and the other android 12) will no longer connect with the kill switch activated. I tried reinstalling on both phones, changed vpn protocol and all the other stuff that surfsharks tech support suggested and still won't work. The only workaround is to download an outdated surfshark software.

I bought the 24 months Starter plan and got an offer for an additional 12 months. However, the currencies shown for the additional 12 months was different from the 24 months Starter plan and it was not indicated to me the change of currencies in any form.
