Look no further than New Forest Surf
We originally bought our board in 2022 and were pleased with the service at the time - great people with great advice, kept up to date, fast delivery etc. But it was when it went wrong that we were really impressed. Two weeks ago our board failed and I was dreading the idea of a warranty claim but Chad took all that fear away with one phone call. He immediately assured me that Jobe would replace the board (shout out for Jobe there) and took all of the work off me. A handful of photos later and Chad confirmed that a replacement board was on the way, even taking a moment to check that we would be happy with the new colour. Less than two weeks later we have our replacement board! If you're thinking of buying a paddle board just buy it from these guys, you won't regret it!
