Horrible delivery service

Ordered 3 items, 2 sets surfboard fins and a surf pad to be delivered DPD priority the next day to London, paid 6£ for the delivery, the fastest option they had.
They did not deliver the next day or the next, and I am still waiting for the items until today.
There point of contact is through email and telephone. Tried reaching out to them about my order but they do not pick up the phone nor answer my email.
Highly do not recommend them, because their advertised service online is NOT what you buy from them. Really disappointed.
