Worst company ever to deal with

Worst company ever to deal with. I ordered a watch on the 18th June 22 it is now the 21 August and I have still not received my watch. I have written countless times to customer surrport and been given a number followed by how do you rate your experience with customer support even though they have done nothing and I still have not received the watch or a refund. Beware as buyer. Dreadful experience, shame on this company. Personally I would not even give them one star but could not write a report unless i gave one star. A total rip off.

Accused of lying and theft

If I could give 0 stars I would.

I ordered 2 items for ny daughter, one came through missing a wetsuit which wasn't cheap either I might add.

I raised it as missing and told I'm a liar. I have been told it was packaged and sent.... I've got nothing in terms of support, had an online advisor using CAPITAL letters in responses "IT WAS INDEED PACKAGED CORRECTLY'. So far I'm 40 pounds down, no item, no support and about 4 hours of back and forth to try and get something done about it.

Asked for complaints process and procedure and was given the main 'contact us' link which I'd already used to contact the person I was speaking to!

First time I've ever had the misfortune of having an online order go wrong, might not be the last but I can assure you it won't ever be with this company again. I'm pulling my hair out trying to deal with this and apart from being called a liar and a thief (that's what is being suggested) I've achieved nothing. Would I really spend this much time and energy if I was a liar and a theif???? Really ????

So angry.... Next action I guess will be to take it up with my CC provider who'll give me back the money and then take it up with them. Honestly running out of energy and I'd strongly advise against anyone using this company as it stands.

If rectified I may edit this post slightly.... But for now, not a chance.

Looking at the other reviews in the last few weeks perhaps the company have some issues and would like to sort it.... are we all liars and theives??????

Completely different size arrived to…

Completely different size arrived to what I ordered. Contacted company to return item as the size I ordered was no longer in stock. After 36 mins trying to get through to customer service I was given various "promo codes" to return the item free of charge - none of these actually worked. I was also told on the call that once I provided proof of tracking/return, my account would be reimbursed. Returned item on 30/7/22. Contacted Surfdome on 06/08 wondering when I would get reimbursed and I got a reply on 18/08 to say their returns facility hadn't processed my return yet and I wouldn't get my refund until it was processed.
Extremely disappointed, will not be purchasing again.

I paid for express delivery for the…

I paid for express delivery for the parcel to arrive on Tuesday is is now Wednesday evening, I am very doubtful it will arrive any time soon as the Royal Mail postage has not updated and the majority of reviews state shipping is a problem. Don’t order express delivery. I will remove this review if the item arrives on Thursday Tomorrow, if not this review will be left on permanently.
Overall I recommend paying extra for products from more well known sights such as Selfridges, billabong and fat fa

Poor Customer service

Order arrived quickly, flip-flops were too small, trying to return, followed their process, no return email arrived. I have emailed the help desk twice, no response so I have no label to attach to the box to return the item. Tried calling the support team, message states a 2 minute wait, 20 minutes in, no one picked up. Trying the same now and still no one picking up. They state free returns on their website, no idea how you are supposed to make this happen

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service, simply playing email pingpong over a delivery that we have never received. Flat batted back by someone who simply cannot be bothered to help. Asks the same question over and over again despite the circumstances being explained ad nauseam. Really disappointed.

Avoid if you can.

Good quality product and price

Good quality product and price but paid for express delivery and it took even longer than the expected standard shipping would have with little tracking information available and hard to access through multiple third party websites.

AVOID

Ordered a pair of New Balance shoes, they arrived and one was size 5, one size 6 and were both for the left foot. AVOID. 7 days later customer service replied to my email and I requested a returns label which was another incredibly tedious. Currently have an ongoing issue with accessing the label, no word from Surfdome.

Wrong surf skateboard and no response!

I have bought a surf skateboard from your website. The order ID is 9170385. I ordered a "YOW" surf skateboard "YOW Fanning Falcon Driver Signature Series Surf Skateboard - White". Last Sunday, when I finally received the package, It is a board named "Globe - wave blazer". It is a total different board. Wrong brand, wrong size, different price. The board that I receive is with poor quality and It is not even a "yow" board! You promised me that you would give me a response in 2 days. However, until now, no one gives me a response! In addition, I'd like to express my opinion: I only accept one of two resolving ways: 1. Give me back all refund including delivery fee and tax 2. Send me the right board, which is YOW fanning white. I do not accept any other ways. Because this board is really useless and the quality is low.

Ordered from Surfdome Ireland thinking…

Ordered from Surfdome Ireland thinking it would mean it was despatched from Eire. Tracking number sends to DPD, DPD tracking number doesn't work as they don't recognise eircode. Nearly a month since I ordered and still no swimsuit. No contact email for surfdome for them to investigate. DPD are known to be useless. Would like an address to get a refund and won't be using them again. Disappointing.
